Best Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of access and the information within the website- emails, numbers, titles, LinkedIn profiles, Twitter. YOu can even filter with types of roles and titles. It's great.
What do you dislike about the product?
there isn't anything that I can think of that would need changing. Maybe make the division the contact works in more accessible. I often find that I have a hard time locating that filter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that I solve is figuring out who I need to speak to and it's great!

What do you like best about the product?
The way this software helps marketing people and sales people to find their potential customer is one of the best in class.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't seen anything bad. AFAIK if your database is big then data accuracy might be low
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are enriching our database in real time. It's helping me to stay updated. The information passed by zoominfo is helping us in our marketing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to keep your database healthy and updated choose zoominfo. It's one of the great product in the segment.
Found ZoomInfo to be inaccurate outdated information
What do you like best about the product?
I did not like anything about ZoomInfo, none of the information was correct or helpful in any way. It was all outdated and took me more time to find the correct info once I realized what they had was wrong.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not like that the info in ZoomInfo was completely inaccurate, outdated, and not even fully filled out. I wasted so much time calling places that told me that person left the organization years ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not seen any benefits. I was trying to solve the problem of not having the correct leads for cold calling, but it did not solve my problem at all, it made it worse.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love that you can save searches and come back to them while prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would really prefer if there were a better way to filter to see if leads are in SF in another salesperson's name. Our's does not work as well as I hoped. Really good start.

I have solved the problem of prospecting and web scraping. My team is better when we use Zoom
A dynamic tool for prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
Intent lead searches are a strong tool for outbound prospecting and lead building. The web app integration allows this to be an easily accessible tool throughout prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration into Salesforce CRM & Salesloft tool could be more seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You are solving the time spent pulling lists and researching potential leads. Intent tools are useful for finding "warm" leads in the market for the solutions you are looking to deliver.

What do you like best about the product?
Direct contact info for top decision-makers within companies. No more gatekeepers.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, being dependent on a web-based service is inconvenient when there are issues with the platform or it is temporarily down

Getting meetings with the right person. Nobody knows exactly who handles what decisions at a company now so this allows me to get in touch with multiple people.

Sometimes, the emails they give don't bounce. Not often though.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of their "intelligent" targeting is completely the wrong people, and those people are often not at their jobs anymore. Lots of bounces.
Plus they insist on a 60 day notice to cancel (buried deep in their terms). give a mere 45 days and you are on the hook for another year of software that adds no value.

Targeted marketing to a niche is the problem. No benefits from using Zoominfo.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to reach potential prospects directly, this sofware lets you skip the gatekeeper and get to who you need in a phone call. Labeling job titles is a huge help too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the revenues for companies are a bit off but having multiple indicators gives you a solid insight to how big a company really is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes zoom info goes down but this is very rare. Benefits outweight this 10 fold, it's accelerated my growth as a sales agent and allowed me to land meetings with huge companies.

Research time has been cut by 80% ... leaving real time for sales & accurate contacts. Great features to keep database clean & top knotch.

It's the best platform to know your customer's information like his organization, email, business phone number, etc. The best thing about this platform is we can link it with LinkedIn and use it with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the contact information is not updated for a long time and they should focus on eliminating such details from the website. I would recommend adding some features that would improve the user experience of the website.

I use it for finding my client's contact information such as business email, business phone number, organization details, job title of the client, website of the organization, etc.
