Zoominfo
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo tool is very helpful to get the premium contact and their email address and phone number etc which will make the research process efficient and time Saving to concentrate more on the campaign and deal closure.You can also source the specific level of contact like c-level, director and manager level etc
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there negative point but monthly credit can be increased in future people dealing with multiple industries require more contacts and sourcing the profile

Contact sourcing Required contact details of the decision-maker or point of contact person
Advanced filters - there are lot of filter available department specific,industry specific and revenue based etc

Support from the team was awesome also they give training if any introducing of new features
Advanced search will be very useful for lead generation process

ZoomInfo provides efficiencies never experienced before with our prospecting and onboarding efforts.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly create and save focused searches is its power. Saved searches are subscribed to, providing additional contacts delivered to you, right to your inbox. Presto!
What do you dislike about the product?
Least helpful is the limit of only being able to export 25 or less contacts to Engage at a time or the product becomes unstable and crashes. Work needs to be done to stabilize the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to ZoomInfo, we spent way too much time researching and digging for contacts. ZoomInfo shortens this timeline, providing more time to focus on growing our pipeline.
Very accurate contact information
What do you like best about the product?
With ZoomInfo you'll find the correct contacts you're looking for with their correct cell numbers and emails. A beneficial tool to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a 1-2% chance the contacts found in ZoomInfo are incorrect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's beneficial to find the correct cell numbers and emails for each of the contacts I'm adding to our database.
Lots of information in one place
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to get mobile phone numbers. With Covid, most people are working remotely and it is hard to get them thru the main switchboard. Having the ability to get a contact's mobile number is a great help.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am a new user so the learning curve is steep. I think in time it will be a lot easier to use, but it is not as intuitive as I would like. That might be more of a personal preference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the right contact in a business or several contacts to target setting up a call or a demo. Emails and phone numbers are the main things, company if is there as well and a great resource in one place

What do you like best about the product?
Flat out... They are professionals. They not only sell you on their product and expect you to figure it out. They work with you, give you courses that are far advanced of anyone out there and they back it up with getting on the phone to make sure it works like you want it to work to meet your goals and grow the business!
What do you dislike about the product?
Well... Their certification courses are not the easiest but it makes you dig in the content and learning platforms to make you clearly understand and develop the campaign the way you would want it.

Locating our perfect customer. Growing our leads and conversions to opportunities and to sales.

Best thing of the Database is the accuracy and ease of access within different geos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as much, most of the database enough fields to search for.

What do you like best about the product?
Saved searches email me daily (frequency is up to you), allowing me to start each day connecting with new people relevant to my professional network. I frequently start my day with a smile due to a great new contact!
What do you dislike about the product?
I come across outdated information, but often I still reach the right person; they are just now at a new company (but still in my industry). When I don't reach the right person, I may make a new connection (happy accident).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am getting in front of as many people as possible increases the likelihood that I will solve a problem or fill a need for someone every day. I couldn't do it without a tool to be seeking out contacts for me constantly.

ZoomInfo is one of the tools I use daily to reach people relevant to my work.
Created an easily manageable interface to track and log all touchpoints
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the real-time indication of opened emails to give me a better idea if I need to change the content of my emails versus the subject line to attract opened emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The delay of sent emails and the fact that when you send off an email, the window dosen't automatically close, so if distracted when at work, you are not sure if the email was sent out or not

The high volume of touchpoints throughout the day makes the work environment far more productive. Adjusting emails when opened versus non opened with different subject matter pertaining to a particular industry
