Intelligent and targeted sales and marketing
What do you like best about the product?
The tools and data that Zoominfo provides to zero-in on my target customers as well as the insights and industry news relating to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration of Zoominfo and Engage could be better; though I imagine that's part of their roadmap
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the right customers - in need and size - for our solution instead of blasting media and marketing out and hoping it hits the right people at the right companies
Sales Tool EVERYONE Needs
What do you like best about the product?
User accessibility!! I use ZoomInfo and Zoom Engage EVERYDAY!
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can not think of anything. If I had to come up with one thing it would be the app could use some work. It is not as user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have any excuse to not have a way to at least attempt to reach a potential client.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
GET IT! It is worth every penny!!!

What do you like best about the product?
How ZoomInfo pulls contacts from the company and how you can sort them by company name, job title, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
That ZoomInfo doesn't work with every website
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am finding out contacts needed to get in touch with the company. This has been a huge help and time saver exporting to Salesforce
A great source of prospecting information
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the chrome extension that allows me to prospect on LinkedIn navigator, for example, and then click ZoomInfo, and if they have the information, it shows immediately. And if not, I can go to the company and replicate the email structure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information is very dated and irrelevant. Or it is very USA-focused so prospecting throughout Europe is sometimes a struggle. With this being said it feels like they are doing the best job possible with all the relevant data protection rules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. I can go about my prospecting and then check on Zoominfo if they have the relevant information.
2. I can use it as a prospecting tool because I can set parameters, and it will tell me which companies to look at.

Find your own way to make the best use of it as we are all different.

Tools and Research went into collecting the information.

Sometimes google or sales navigator has the information that Zoom info does not have.

I have not yet used advanced tools yet. Not applicable at this time.
Very good software for finding contact info

Good email data and contact information is very accurate

kinda expensive and each little add on costs more and more

Reaching out to customers who are interested in our service. It would be really cool to know who is researching our service.
ZoomInfo vs others
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has a lot of information available. Their team was very helpful with the demo, trial, etc. It has a lot more bells and whistles than some of the other tools out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
We found it to be more expensive than competitors. While it is touted as the leading tool, we found better results from another tool. All of the features are great, but we didn't find them as useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo was evaluated as an option to help us find customer information and insights.
Find Decision-Makers Through ZoomInfo
What do you like best about the product?
Getting past the gatekeepers to reach the right people to talk to makes all the difference in a sale. Having access to direct phone lines, cell phone numbers, and email accounts can help you to save time and be able to capture your prospect's attention faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is no information available to glean from and that makes it hard to pursue these businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to introduce myself and present a valuable business reason for my call makes all the difference. A lot of time can be wasted by sending emails to emails the receptionists give you that are never responded to or spam email accounts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the certification training to really become a pro on how to use this product.
Great information in one place
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can find the information for a company on one page. The information is accurate and helpful in updating my database. This saves a lot of time of having to go between different platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a small non-profit organization, it is a bit costly and, unfortunately, does not integrate with our CRM system. When uploading lists and the filters are not what I needed, it uses up my credits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spending less time looking for company and contact information, able to find in one place. This allows us to build a better database.
ZoomInfo has better, personalized info!

Direct Dials, Mobile Numbers, better contact info
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a ton I don't like. I do wish that some info like tech profiles wasn't an additional cost.

Getting better contact info, and more direct contact info.
