Easy to use to build rapid prospect contact database
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo has the best coverage of prospects database. The filters available for contacts search is quite exhaustive to select exactly the kind of ICPs we require. The chrome plugin tool by Zoominfo is also quite helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
Contact numbers of prospects are sometime not rightly updated. Most of the time it is company board numbers.

Building prospects contact database for email marketing and data enrichment of existing contact database

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can see information about businesses and people that work for the business. I like seeing the hierarchy and if there are parent companies or subsidiaries.
One of the best Database Software
What do you like best about the product?
I like All features of zoominfo. for last 4 years, I am using zoominfo. The best thing about zoominfo is Mobile Numbers, Direct Phone Numbers. I have check all database software but found zoominfo best as compared to other database softwares.
What do you dislike about the product?
Export Settings in case of contacts. Sometimes its automatically change although we fix the setting before exporting data. Also I find Personal email addresses in the column/place of Business email addresses like xxxx@gmail.com, xxxx@yahoo.com, xxx@msn.com etc. So in this case, especially zoominfo team need to improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am easily getting the relevant titles by adding/typing the title keywords in "title" column and its really sorted for me. So i am able to preapre the most relevant contacts list in simple and fast way. Management level helps me in best way. I am so much happy that our company is using zoominfo services to reachout the target prospects. thank you.
Easy and Effecient: ZoomInfo keeps data flowing
What do you like best about the product?
The interface of ZoomInfo was both user-friendly and adaptive. I found myself quickly adding to workflows and adjusting sales filters and criteria within a few days of establishing them. The platform allows for a comfortable experience, and the infrequent prompts offer helpful assistance throughout your use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I liked the difficulty behind changing certain fields on a lead. On multiple occasions, I found myself navigating through multiple sub portals, or fields, to update the one that I needed. I would prefer to see a more cohesive display for the data when on an active call. Also, allowing that information to be editable within the tab in real-time would be a huge bonus to the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to solve the problem of finding an accurate and reliable dialer that could integrate with my leads. The ZoomInfo dialing system is unparalleled when it comes to lead outreach. A good call campaign with multiple levels of sales outreach has been easy to maintain and has provided a drastic ROI.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend pre-scrubbing your data to be as accurate as possible. Once in the system, I found edits quite tricky. However, the platform does a great job of sorting leads and making them easy to classify and locate. The platform is also great for smaller teams with heavier outbound lead flow. Campaigns can easily be created and assigned to subcategories or other users within the system.

What do you like best about the product?
Filters and linkedin url are my personel favourite. Its because i usually have find linkedin profile separtely if not given and that takes my time and effort. Zoominfo helps me to save time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the linkedin url are not correct and it takes me to some unknown location and that's very much irritating.After i have to put extra time and effort to find those urls.

I am usually trying to find contact emails. These helps me to generate leads and makes my works faster and easier.Because of this features and customization a, i can find emails and specific designation too.

outstanding sales tool to find accurate details about companies - Revenue, List of similar companies, Employee Strength, Organization Chart, Recent Fundings, and Projects, etc. The availability of precise filters makes the work easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of outdated data and that needs to be updated from time to time to help the users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps to research my client companies very easily on factors like - revenue, employee strength, emails, fundings, projects, technical tools they use, etc.
Best Tool for finding right contacts
What do you like best about the product?
Provide most reliable and accurate information of contacts, I liked the zoominfo extension which had helped me to reduce my manual work. I can use zoominfo extension on linkedin pages directly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Intent surge could be better, sometimes scoops are not correct. In advance search, they should provide more options for filter. Also, in list match option they should provide user to map custom fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using to get our prospect details and it has helped us to reduce our time. Specially its extension is helping us a lot in prospecting. The scoop information is good.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to expand and sort through a company's organizational chart to find how they are structured, as most companies we work with have some common structures and that helps me know that I'm likely talking to the decision maker.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't quite been able to get Scoops configured the way that I want it, and honestly, it might just be me not wanting to go through all of the steps. There could be an easier method of helping users to narrow in on the info they want to be alerted to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo has really helped me, and the rest of our sales team, to get the best contact information for leads. It's also really nice that it pulls in links to their LinkedIn profiles, which is super helpful and a big time saver.
Still figuring out the platform
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the potential of Zoominfo and the service thus far but I'm still figuring out the platform and we're new to it as a company so I believe that I would need more time before I am really full-force prepared to recommend it. However, I would definitely say that we're having a good time so far and tell people to consider it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything yet, as mentioned about, we haven't dug into the full capabilities of the platform and we don't know how transformative it can be yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We haven't started solving any problems yet persay, but I am excited to already be able to see once again which companies are going on our website, use the Intent feature, and be able to pull specific contact information for cold outreach and see industry trends.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend them to check it out as a tool if they are looking for the specific things that we were looking for! I think that for a lot of agencies it can be hard to connect with prospects and there is so much emphasis on inbound that it could be a really great tool.
