Great Platform for Salesflows (Sequences) and Task Completion
What do you like best about the product?
Creating templates and salesflows to send out automated email sequences is intuitive and straightforward. Adding manual emails, calls, and other touches for a complete sequence cycle makes it much more powerful. They even include advantageous VoIP and voicemail dropping. Syncs beautifully with Salesforce as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could use email aliases instead of requiring an authenticated inbox and an additional seat. It seems I'm unable to view open rates and other statistics for templates which would be helpful information to allow me to enroll users into the best-performing templates and salesflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our sales team on task with our desired touch cadence makes our SDRs much more efficient. The dialer gives us a tremendous advantage during phone campaigns.

It's a beautiful tool that enables me to prospect my customer and helps me reach out via cold calls and cold emails.
It also can view your targeted audience through various filters like function, domain, industry, hierarchy.
Finally, it updates me regarding my target accounts and what's new in that space, enabling sales folks like me to be informed before reaching out to my prospect.

What do you dislike about the product?
They allow 1000 contacts to be exported from Zoominfo. Not really helpful in cases where I want to use third part tools which are not part of the zoominfo ecosystem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Has helped me with business development activities.
Reaching out to my prospects via cold calling and cold emailing becomes easy since I do not struggle to build a database.
It has helped me generate good leads, which have yielded to paying customers.

It's the best available tool in the market at this point in time with the database it owns.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that they have a large amount of data accessible. I like the fact that I can customize my feed to some of the scoops I am looking for. I love getting direct dials.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate that theres a cap on how many contacts/ companies I can look at in a given month, and more importantly, that I can't even keep track of how many "Views" I have left this month they just surprise me with a notice that Ive looked at too many.
Some of the data isnt quite right or up to date with your new hires selection on contacts. Multiple times I have seen people listed as a new hire in zoom only for them to tell me that theyve been in that role for 25 plus years.

I have realized that I can get good direct contact information for my contacts. It has helped me reach out to more prospects directly and has made it easier to increase the number of conversations.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has access to a large database of contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
More expensive than other solutions that provide more value for far less money.

Due to its expensive model, it provides limited value to a limited number of users beyond immediate contact/account data retrieval.

Overpriced and noticed mostly email id get bounced due to postmaster issue

Great platform for contact data
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can get notifications about the companies that I care about and what they are doing. The data quality is good and has improved over the past few years. Easy to build lists and export across to Salesforce. Websights has also been interesting to gain insights on non converting companies on our website.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can have ambiguous or outdated information and it makes it difficult to track down exactly the person you're looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to find all my contacts for a business and everything I need to know about them. I have implemented this solution at new companies. ZoomInfo we felt had the most bang for our buck and had the largest pool of lead generations after the free trial periods.

That the credits expire at the end of the month and would like more specials in buying additional credits for my searches and exports.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how much information ZoomInfo has on almost every company and organization globally! It's so easily integrated with Salesforce too! To me, it crushes D&B Hoovers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything about ZoomInfo. Nothing is missing with this tool. It works great for data mining. I can't think of any changes that would make it better. No improvements needed at this time.

This tool solves for lead generation and is providing our Sales teams with invaluable resources to pursue. It allows for far great productivity. Performance has increased exponentially.
