Best Data Enhancement Tool

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has the most accurate and up-to-date information on the people and companies I want to target. I'm able to see all of their social media accounts, and even who they follow and what they engage with. It has been a very reliable source for new business development, and has been essential to my account expansion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Billig access we can't see in ZoomInfo portal.

Great platform for getting the right data for your business

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about zoominfo is that how easy it is to use for getting the data that we need. That includes finding the right contacts for your business for lead generation or demand generation and getting the website insights "Websights" finding you to target the right audience for your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The accuracy of the data is not 100% accurate as we have been receiving some of the dead leads for ABM approach- on some of the accounts which are inactive. Improving this can result the business to be a top leader in the market
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to gather the data which should be related to our industry and then target them via ABM (Our top priority accounts) or email marketing. Doing so developing a good amount of database in our system to target those people. It also helps you find out who has been visiting your website so that you can easily target those people

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is good basically for the sales team It gives the contact information and organization details to the salesperson.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am a developer and when I used 2 ZoomInfo form code on one page at that time it will not work for me only this is the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has made my work easy, even though I have less form fields, I can get more and more information about the user.

Best Solution to get insights

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Zoominfo for the last 2 years and it is very helpful in identifying the right prospects. I like the Technology tab which tells me what all techs are being used in an organization and I also like the advance search filter.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no such downsize of using Zoominfo however I did observe that for some organizations the contact list is not updated. People are no longer with the organization for more than a month but the contact is still associated with the same company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me in identifying the right prospects and their contact details especially their direct lines which helps me to establish the initial contact much quicker.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Everyone should use ZoomInfo if they want quick results. You will save ample time in searching for the right prospects and establishing the initial contact.

Good data provider but could be improved within

What do you like best about the product?
The integration of the platform with Sales Navigator makes the platform be best one and the chrome extension too. The data provider offers, easy to use (manage personas) and get data from defined personas.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been having data issues. The accuracy is not the best, I was told it would be 90-95% accurate data, but unfortunately, the data is between 30% inaccurate or outdated. The company should provide a tool to check the soft and hard bounces as it has been affecting our sender reputations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were trying to arrange list of audience which would sit within our lead generation or brand awareness campaigns, given to our sales directors and representatives, we started using zoominfo and came from a contract with cognism, to be honest we had the same issue with cognism as the data was not accurate as they have promised as same is with zoominfo. The platform is no doubt easy to use for everyone, but it can be improved.

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely powerful tool for BD as well as recruiting with the most up-to-date information I've seen.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little sloppy search features and very expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the best contact information for people. Especially helpful with so many remote workers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are cheaper options, but have not found an option as powerful.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy of use of the platform is refreshing. Unlike most CRM platforms Engage has a very simple user interface. It is very intuitive to get started. But don't let the simplicity fool you it is extremely powerful in its ability to automate next actions and build salesflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the integration between Engage and Zoominfo was more seemless and at a discount. From what I understand of the system, you can mark contacts for exporting into Engage from Zoominfo still requires a manual process and counts as a 1 to 1 credit against your account total. It would be nice if the data synced over to Engage and was at half a credit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because of the subscription model we have Engage was included in our package. This removed the need to also purchase a subscription to an autoresponder platform like mailchimp or CRM like intercom. Engage allows us to build sophisticated email flows that also integrate with our phone system, so multiple phased salesflows include phone and email communications.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for an easy-to-use CRM that has tons of upside with building drop and drag-style automation flows, then Engage is for you. It is not nearly as complicated to setup and get started as some of the more well-known competitors.

What do you like best about the product?
It saved me so many times and created valuable opportunities for the companies as I could find the right mobile number.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to find European leads vs. US based.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to find leads, contact details and it's super fast and user friendly to save the into SFDC.

Terrible Auto-Renewal Policy, automatic 10% increase

What do you like best about the product?
Doesn't matter, they would not let us cancel our auto-renew so I have nothing good to say
What do you dislike about the product?
In our contract it stated a 60 days auto renewal date, which I expected to be notified at such time.
I was not notified in time, I was notified 30 days before the renewal date.
Also buried was a link to their terms and conditions which stated an automatic 10% increase in the renewal. Very disappointed they would not let us cancel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't really use it. We wanted to cancel.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't sign up. I never leave reviews but I truly feel that they took advantage of our small company.
