A great tool for for prospecting, account attack planning, and overall business intelligence.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is the best sales intelligence platform I have used. Its massive database of accurate account and contact information arms our sales teams with the information they need effectively and efficiently prospect key decision-makers. Not to mention, the Salesforce integration makes importing or updating records in our CRM a breeze!
What do you dislike about the product?
We've been using ZoomInfo for about 6 months, and there aren't any examples of features or functionalities that I particularly dislike. Everything is meeting my expectations so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving for efficient lead identification, importing those leads and their information into our Salesforce CRM, and actively reaching out to them with our value proposition. ZoomInfo even provides us with alerts on target accounts which often make for a relevant opening in a cold email or call.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a sales team eager to identify target accounts, prospect critical decision-makers, and be equipped with relevant account news to make that first, second, or third touch even more relevant—ZoomInfo is the right platform for you.

What do you like best about the product?
The information is accurate and the website is easy to navigate
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any "dislike" in the usage of the website. I have not had any issues with downtime.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being in a Sales Executive role, I am always looking for information for companies that are in my "space" The information I get is very useful to have the right contacts within the company I am researching

What do you like best about the product?
I sell into the restaurant industry, and oftentimes I hit roadblocks where I've identified the person I need to speak and sell to, but have no way to get in contact with them. You may be dealing with a decision maker who conveniently is never in when you call the restaurant, or you may be dealing with a restaurant group where you don't even know where to start because the corporate number and email are dead-ends. ZoomInfo is a godsend in these situations. By simply searching the name of the person you need to get in contact with, you can get the business email and phone number of this individual, sometimes even their personal mobile number and email if you're lucky. It's been extremely helpful in my role to be able to cut through all the gatekeepers, general managers, and assistants and talk to the decision maker directly to get the sale.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes ZoomInfo is almost "too good". It's a small complaint, but sometimes after using ZoomInfo, you may reach an individual on their personal mobile number, and they are surprised at how you were able to get that information. It's a sometimes awkward conversation that you eventually learn to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales efficiency and lead quality. Being able to avoid wasting time trying to get a hold of decision makers makes me a more efficient seller and provides more time in the day for me to focus on other responsibilities.
One of the accurate and useful database platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ZoomInfo platform's accuracy the most, the data related to accounts and contacts are accurate, the business emails and the phone numbers are accurate too, this really helps us to use these data for sales and marketing and I also like the easy to use interface of this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The high price is the one thing that I dislike about ZoomInfo, the cost is very high if I will compare it with the competitive market and the technical support service is also not up to the mark, hence I dislike these two.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using ZoomInfo to get the best data for me as well as for my team, this platform helps me to get accurate business emails, mobile numbers and I am also using this to get the right accounts and contacts for the new business development, hence these are the problem that I am solving with the help of ZoomInfo.

I would say to all this is a good platform for all the data requirements and I strongly recommend this platform to all.
Great for data, not sure about other features
What do you like best about the product?
We primarily used Zoominfo for generating prospecting data and lists, and for that it was very easy to use. Massive volume of data available and endless ways to slice and dice.
What do you dislike about the product?
So many of the features and functionality come with an additional charge, which is disappointing given the significant expense of the baseline package. Account service cared more about trying to constantly upsell us, versus helping us troubleshoot day-to-day challenges.

Helped us to effeciently build and export prospecting lists.
Always accurate, updated regularly
What do you like best about the product?
Integrates well with SalesNav and updates quickly. If a new contact doesn't have their info yet, you will be able to see info from their past roles.

Nothing is missing so far. Would like for the contact to have their experience and past roles on their profile as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps with seamless prospecting and finding contact info. Takes time out of manaually searching or going through main line. Gives you context on the company when calling the contact.

Sometimes outdates but still very useful!
What do you like best about the product?
The Copy section on email is super fast but I wish they had the same for #.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's alot of outdated information. I wish it would give a rating of how likely it is that this person still works with the company to see if they're worth importing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting information for outreach is amazing. It's fast and mostly reliable and even if the information is outdated, it's still very useful.
Great tool for surfacing new potential leads
What do you like best about the product?
It is a good tool to help the sales and marketing teams run basic outreach campaigns. I like that you can easily import zoominfo lists that you've built out for campaigns and that you can create salesflows and templates for emails. Building the salesflows / campaigns is straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
This tool is obviously still a work in progress. A lot of the features break and have bugs - so many that I am reaching out to support around once a week or every two weeks with another bug - bulk enrolling contacts into the salesflows has been an issue that I've encoundered too many times to count. Also some areas such as the filtering and analytics just aren't up to par with the filtering of contacts and reporting we'd like to do for the campaigns. I've only really used the email features so I can't really speak to the calling side of things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cold email outreach, bulk emailing for sales campaigns, automating cold email outreach, organizing database of contacts that we aren't yet ready to bring into our hubspot account. Overall, it has been a good way of reaching out to cold contacts and keeping them separate from the contacts that we would consider to be warmer leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Wait until this tool is built out a little more unless you are okay with dealing with bugs and issues here and there. Some support is able to help fix and others can take a few weeks before they are fixed if it is a deeper issue that the engineering team has to get more involved in.
MUST NEED TOOL FOR ANY SALES FUNCTION
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is so easy to use, and the best part is it integrates well with Gmail and Linkedin. It can sync contacts, accounts, leads, and even find the right prospects using Zoominfo. It has reduced manual intervention by almost 90%. It saves time and allows sales individuals to focus on selling rather than gathering data and uploading in CRM
What do you dislike about the product?
Sadly, I do not have anything to mention here that I dislike about the tool. The only thing I'll say is that it's very addictive and makes you want to work harder and smarter.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to learn how to use, how reliable it is and consistent it it, how you can manage your preferences and create your own feed personalized to what you need to see. The help assistance with account executives is great too. The knowledge center is amazing for learning everything you need to know about ZoomInfo itself as well as general practices
What do you dislike about the product?
Notihng, sometimes there isn't the information you need but if ZoomInfo doesn't have it, it probably isn't anywhere. ZoomInfo is the main source!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding leads that fit the profile I'm looking for, seeing relevant news and data. I've saved so much time and accessed so much information that helps qualify business
