Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to do searches in so many ways. I do my searches based on title and location. This is not typical of other marketing aggregators.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to parse a contacts address out to ensure the companies are within my search
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management issues. Being able to take 4 hours of prospecting research and condense it to 30-45 minutes is an absolute game changer. I can double or triple my prospecting efforts with tremendous ease.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need to do any type of prospecting research, this is the only tool you need. Game Changer
Zoominfo satisfies most needs
What do you like best about the product?
GEtting accurate info for leads that I am researching.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little confusing to use at first, but after awhile you figure it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It speeds things up for me in finding leads and contact information and more time to do meaningful functions of my job, than trying to figure out contact info.
Zoominfo does not merely meet the industry standard - It sets it.
What do you like best about the product?
Compared to analogous services, Zoominfo is indispensable for me as an SDR. I can function just fine without SalesNav and the like, but where those services have produces contacts with informational gaps in your contact directory, Zoominfo fills those gaps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the intent signals to be relatively unhelpful. I find that either, the intent isn't fully fleshed out in terms of actual functions needed, and the categories are often too broad to find a good fit for me. Or, the intent was truthful, and the intention to address said need is already undertaken. I have a lot to learn in terms of fully realizing the power of the platform, but I feel that these could be refined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use salesforce/salesloft for outreach, and Zoominfo fills in the missing information, sometimes to a miraculous extent, in order to allow me to contact prospects effectively.
Likely the most valuable tool I have in my arsenal for navigating correct contacts for prospecting.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to sort through various industries and still be able to easily get to the correct department/job description for each contact.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downsides that I would note would be the lack of automatic referrals, or "alike" industries that should be put in front of you
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The issues of cold calling without having a correct contact ready to go usually end in being hung up on. With Zoominfo, that's drastically reduced.
Excellent for finding new leads and updating information

It has an easy-to-use platform/interface.

Occasionally contact information is inaccurate or out of date

Finding contact information that is missing from inbound leads

What do you like best about the product?
I am in sales, so finding people's contact/business information is essential for my job. Zoominfo makes it easy and offers reliable information. In the past, I used free competitors to find this information, but the info was rarely correct and was often outdated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoominfo has a lot capabilities which can also make it a little confusing. I pretty much stick to the basic fuctions because I am not sure how to use all of the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit of ZoomInfo is finding contact infromation for potential clients. If an inquiry mistypes an email or doesn't provide a phone number ZoomInfo is often able to provide the information I need in oder to reach out to the client to fullfill their inquiry.
Slightly iffy and pricey, but better than some other options
What do you like best about the product?
Their data is better than some other tools we tested including Seamless.ai and Slintel. Also like the fact that they have decent data coverage for the United States and cell phone information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Couple of things:
1. Their data tends to be iffy, specifically after the pandemic, a lot of the contacts we dial from Zoominfo seem to have changed jobs
2. Data outside the US is not that good
3. They keep trying to sell us more stuff including their Chat product and Chorus. I understand the need to juice out revenue from existing customers now that they're public, but the sales tactics are borderline high pressure
4. Their technographics tend to be off. So, don't really trust that data.

ZoomInfo Makes My Job So Much Easier
What do you like best about the product?
I have to do a lot of prospecting for my job, and ZoomInfo always comes through helping me find the right points of contact. It's intuitive and easy to use and helps me a ton.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I can't find the right points of contact, or some companies don't have the best quality contacts listed. However, most of the time, these are tiny companies so it makes sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo makes the process of finding who I need to talk to simple and easy— I know the typical titles I need to talk to and I can easily sort through contacts to find the right people.

Benefits with zoom info
What do you like best about the product?
I love the intent data for narrowing my searches and focusing on people who are likely to be interested in my product. Also, I can download my contacts and filter the most important/relevant data I need per contact. I also love the chrome extension; I can get info directly from LinkedIn using the ZoomInfo tab.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I feel like can be improved upon is company and contact data to be updated. I have run into a few accounts/contacts that haven't been in that company or that company was acquired several years ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting specific data so that I can ensure I am reaching out to the right companies and contacts. I am all about efficiency and having a tool like zoom info helps save a lot of time!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't think twice Zoominfo is the best database for market knowledge, prospecting, industry trends, and data insights.
