Great insight on companies
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of usability and the vast information on companies I am vetting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information has not been updated to reflect current information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The correct people to reach in a company. I am adding information to the top of the funnel with prospecting new customers.

Sometimes it can get a little slow, if you export a contact it is not as fast as normal

Sometimes need to be updated. Benefits: saving time

Inaccuracy in information; many times we contact the prospect who has already left the organization

What do you like best about the product?
It covers everything from net new campaigns to finding the info we need for leads. It also helps find other decision makers for most accounts. It's something I use every week if not daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The intent piece has been highly inaccurate. I also see many leads with a high accuracy score but when I reach out, I'll hear something like, "that person hasn't been here for five years."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It covers everything from net new campaigns to finding the info we need for leads. It also helps find other decision makers for most accounts. It's something I use every week if not daily.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use within the interface that easily allows customization around building list.
What do you dislike about the product?
I noticed you changed the org chart view within company profiles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate data accuracy that helps me reach key contacts within my sales cycle that I would otherwise have no way of reaching directly!

What do you like best about the product?
That i can find the most updated email and number that i have for my prospects. It is very user friendly. It is also updated as soon as the competitor. I had been using Zoominfo for the last 8 years.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you recently changed the front end and it's a bit confusing compare to the old one that you had to offer. I think training should be implemented every time you switch user face.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to find the correct number to reach out to and also the correct email. I'm able to be very productive at work and utilizing my time efficiently because of the platform

Just do it. Been using it for while and it increase my productivity

ZoomInfo has been a good tool for finding contact info quickly.

Data is not always up to date. You oftentimes need to use your intuition when you get bounceback on emails. With offices also closed due to the pandemic, having more direct numbers v. office numbers would be helpful.

Great data, tech, and customer service
What do you like best about the product?
As the title of my review suggests, I've been very impressed with ZoomInfo's data, technology, and customer service. It's hard to pick one thing as best, because all three of these areas are needed to provide a quality user/customer experience. I have been very satisfied in all three of these areas.
What do you dislike about the product?
In all honesty, there isn't anything I dislike. ZoomInfo has provided us world-class service in all aspects of the services they provide.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use their data as part of our internal business processes. Without getting into the details, it's been of great value.
