ZoomInfo Engage makes a difference.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track emails to help determine marketing ROI. I also enjoy the ability to track my team's performance to see who our company is connecting with and who we are not.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly appreciate that contacts and companies need to export to Engage to communicate between systems. I think the list features in ZoomInfo are not friendly for use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engage doesn't help us solve any ABM needs. My organization uses Salesforce and HubSpot. Engage is a weaker tool in comparison. I would recommend ZoomInfo, but I would suggest using another email tool to maximize your account information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you are well equipped with other email marketing tools. Use Engage as a mail-keeping software like MailChimp, not as a all-in-one tool.
I wish there was function ability; meaning having the ability to download information (contacts)

The atomization of sending emails and having the ability to track them. That is a huge help to our team.

The inability to download information (i.e. contacts).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have the capability to send to our ownership how many calls are being made and how many e-mails are being delivered.

What do you like best about the product?
I like zoomInfo because it very easy and seamless to get info of companies and employees profile that need for the marketing and advertising campaign for the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't dislike it very simple any to remove information for the organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using it for many years to remove companies and employees profile imformation for lead generation and zoomInfo has been involving seens easy to get information from it. Saving time and increase in productivity has been seen since we started using zoomInfo for the business.

Yes, easy and simple to use and better tool for removing information of companies and their employees.

In a Cookie-less World, 3rd Party Intent Data & Solid Contacts is What is Needed
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is way beyond quality contacts, it is now a marketer's (nearly) all-in-one MarTech Stack that is affordable. Using WebSights, Intent Data, Form Fill & Contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
WebSights has some maturing to do. Showing you page landings but not correlating referral sources & journeys per unique record is a shortcoming as of 11/9/21.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Intent Data insights (3rd party intent), we are confirming what companies are actively researching, potentially buying. Websights (1st party intent), shows us how we are answering their questions.
Helpful but system isn't always reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Lots of information. Seemless way to find important company information and grab a mass import of contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Contact info isn't always reliable. Many contacts will have left the company, the phone numbers are just their HQ's, and sometimes only pulls personal email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using different platforms. Linkedin or Lusha to supplement.

I would like it if the integrations were more user-friendly.

I am solving my issue of reaching out to more people, benefits such as cell phone numbers.

I can manage and gather accurate information, and you'll get exactly what you are looking for, especially that Zoominfo allows you to use filters for better results.
What do you dislike about the product?
That sometimes, it crashes when you're doing the research. If you're idle for a certain amount of time, the webpage will reset, and the chrome extension freezes a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting, getting accurate information, especially when trying to contact a person to finish your job.

What do you like best about the product?
Automaion and integration. It's extremely helpful to have calls, emails, and tasks all in one place. The access to call recordings directly from the crm is a highly used feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes buggy. Emails won't send, the site is down, calls not connecting. It's never a long time, but it disrupts the flow of the day if reps have to stop what they are doing for 5-10 min. Also, setting up the integration correctly took quite a bit of trial and error for our workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated sales flows and tasks. It makes it much easier for my reps to start their day and have an organized task list to work from. Tracking reps productivity has recently become much easier with the last update released.
