Great solutions that keeps expanding features.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating salesflows and scheduling them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features feel like they are still in a in Beta stage, like the scheduler add-on from Google.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting hire volume of leads. Biggest benefits is that it provide the teams tasks to complete and stay productive.
Great way to find leads and much more!

I can find prospects' specific information to have a better chance at contacting them.

In some cases, prospects' phone numbers are not up to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am finding leads; I can see direct dials, find emails, and valuable information from the company.

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard highlights the company, key contacts and recent news.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you have to dig a little to get the exact information you need. (With that said, the system has a large number of filters that allow you to narrow down the searches.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am now not spending time trying to find the right people - I have a rolodex in my hands that allows me to find the right people immediately. Additionally, I am able to create keys word searches that will show me potential clients that are searching using my key words. I can easily fill my pipeline.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the support to help guide you through the system. The system is easy to use, but there are a ton of features. Pick-up the phone and talk to the support team as they will enlighten you on features or short cuts to make your search/research even better.
ZoomInfo is the worst business investment I have ever made. Google search is better.
What do you like best about the product?
The website/app is easy to navigate, but that's the only redeeming thing I have to say.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo is horrible. Not only can you easily google search nearly all of this information, but their customer service is atrocious and underhanded.
As others have noted, they sneak an autorenewal clause. Our company was a struggling startup during Covid, and they refused to let us out of the contract because we missed the warning by a few days. I have never seen another business behave so unethically and cold hearted. I could not recommend any more strongly that you avoid this company.

None! We have only lost money and become increasingly frustrated. It has nearly crippled out startup. I will be happy to share my experience with anyone considering an investment into this horrible company.

What do you like best about the product?
BI made easy and with great insight for my partners and I at my fingertips. I love the technology section and search filtering, this is so money and spot on when running campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the insights section had a link to the source data. Aside from that, everything seems to be working nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm in new acquisition channel sales, so this is a helpful tool when strategizing with my partners. This has made me more productive and knowledgeable going into meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
The different filtering possibilities in list building, especially the technology one, can make a real difference. Through Zoominfo, it is possible to have more information about your prospect, filtering it more profitably and ensuring more assertiveness in prospecting.
In addition, being able to associate the right companies according to their ICP and also having information such as those presented in the scoop and org chart speeds up the process. It gives more possibilities to put sales engagement into practice.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if the platform were available in other languages. For me, who speak Portuguese as a native language, its use can be a bit challenging. But that doesn't stop the excellent service of ZoomInfo.

Very useful tool and quick turn around incase of technical issue

Critical for my job scope, and able to connect with pertinent contacts.

Unable to shift quickly to a page via user input, or share tagged contacts in bulk with other team members.

What do you like best about the product?
The phone numbers and contact details of South Africa were easily available

In mIddle east region the numbers are a lil bit difficult to find

Since I work as a BDR i need to cold mail and call prospect so I need email id to do so and Zoominfo helps me in getting contact details easily

What do you like best about the product?
Whatever I'm looking for zoom info has it. I'm an AE that needs to prospect for B2B. Admittedly I'm new to my job but it only took a few days to master zoom info. Their customer support was quick with any questions I had.
I love the tagging feature, where I can tag whichever leads I think are the most appropriate for my sales campaign and enroll them in industry specific campaigns. I typically prospect for a few hours but with Zoom info I can get what I need in 45 minutes :)

What do you dislike about the product?
At times, it can be slow. Some of the interface design doesn't make sense to me, but I'm also new to this space. What's important is that they have the information i need.
One thing to watch out for, their defaulted exporting rules don't include mobile information and other pieces of information. Make sure to visit your settings first to re-configure your settings to your desired preferences!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting a niche market that requires alot of researching. I'm still new to the job but I have great insight into any account that I look for. The rest of my team enjoys zoominfo.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend for any Account Executive to do their prospecting with zoom info. Their customer support is quick if you have any questions, they have an easy to use knowledge base which includes video (my type of learning, as opposed to just articles.
While at first using zoom info may seem a little overwhelming, it takes only about 2-3 sessions of using the platform to master it and utilize for your workflow.

Great service & great contacts
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has been very helpful in finding contacts at new businesses we are looking to get in touch with. It works well with Salesforce and makes it very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The contacts aren't 100% accurate but I understand that it can be hard to stay on top of a lot of information. Sometimes there are really old contacts in there though and we sound a little uneducated when calling on people that haven't been at the company for multiple years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to find phone numbers to most companies that I search for in ZoomInfo. We have been able to get our foot in the door at companies and send email campaigns from the information found in ZoomInfo.

When you are deciding if ZoomInfo is for you and your business at least try a trial to see if you can get the information that you and your company need.
