What do you like best about the product?
Phone numbers of executives, enabling me to reach them directly and develop more meaningful relationships

The only thing I'd say is user interface if using ZoomInfo as an alternative to LinkedIn

Information can be a bit hit and miss, which is pretty standard for these kinds of programs.

Stakeholder management, much easier to speak to the right people.

What do you like best about the product?
Having insight into current interests through Zoominfo is really nice, as is having the ability to find names and contact information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the numbers and names are outdated but rated as an A+ contact. It can't be A+ if it's obsolete. A scrum master needs to come along and update the names and numbers to be accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are days where Zoominfo freezes up, or goes to an all white screen, and is unusable for the day. Can't tell if it's a server error, or if it's just an internal system error, but it makes it hard to get much needed contact info.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using ZoomInfo for nearly a decade and they keep improving their data and product on a rolling basis. It's unusual in my experience to see such dedication to the constant improvement of an already strong offering.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo is strongest in the United States and Canada and their data isn't as effective overseas. That's acknowledged and planned for as part of the platform, but I'd love to see progress there if possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is a primary tool my organization uses to find and recruit industry experts for interviews by our research staff. The range and accuracy of ZoomInfo's contact data continually improves, as has their UI/UX, especially the new Recruiter interface. The Reachout app, which integrates with LinkedIn, is also invaluable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Not just a sales tool. A deep database of industry professionals in the US and Canada.

Delineation between contact options (business/phone/mobile)

What do you dislike about the product?
Voluminous outdated information, incorrect associations between people and businesses, duplicate entries, merged entities that are separate and corresponding merging of all contacts, the web crawler picks up people associations and overwrites their actual roles (eg a CEO sits on a board and Zoom has them at the board instead of CEO of the company)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are enriching a lot of blank company and contact data via this tool, but it requires a lot of attention to detail to ensure we are actually getting the most current and accurate information. We are frequently fixing ZoomInfo's data as we go.

What do you like best about the product?
With ZoomInfo integrations, we can see updated information for Accounts and Contacts and identify the right people to contact at Accounts that we should be connecting with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything that I would call a dislike with our use of ZoomInfo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With ZoomInfo, we can identify bad data, have updated data right there, and find additional information about Accounts and Contacts without having to search for it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the filters for every aspect of your audience. You can truly curate a list for exactly what you're looking for, nothing less. And the data is very accurate and up-to-date! We had an issue on our first export that led to about a third of our leads being unusable; our rep worked with us to show us how the problem occurred and refunded us some of those credits. Overall they are very easy to work with and respond quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love that reviewing someone's record counts against you (not as an actual credit, but you're limited to how many you can review in a period). I understand that it's a protection in place for them, but something to keep in mind. As an admin, I can't see the lists that another user exported. They would have to send me the file of that exported list, or I would have to log into their account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to get more leads than we were seeing through paid and organic social. This was the most cost-effective solution for the number of emails we were looking for. We received our credits in less than 24 hours and had our leads filtered and exported that same day.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure if you're purchasing leads to email that you make sure your CRM supports purchased lists. We imported ours to Salesforce Pardot and were asked to delete them after some recipients reported spam. Pardot requires proof that all recipients opted in to receive emails from you. If you're planning to contact the leads in a certain way, make sure that you set that field as required when exporting your list. Otherwise you will end up paying for leads that are missing the form of contact that you need. Also consider that ZoomInfo is updating peoples information through out the year, so if you purchase a lead in January and their phone number changes in July, you still own that lead and will be able to see their updated information. Lastly, if you have a lead list of your own that you feel is missing information, you can import that into your account and check it against their database for accuracy.
