ZoomInfo Certification in Sales was a great learning lesson
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed that the process involved actively looking up companies to be able to answer the questions

The only thing I disliked was not passing it the first time!

Amazing Product
What do you like best about the product?
Engage makes prospecting and salesflow so much easier and organized. You are able to customize personal emails and tasks that work for you. I wish I would have known about this earlier in my career.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it if it would sink up with our CRM so when I log activity into engage it automatically goes into our CRM so I don't have to do it twice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesflow is something big that Engage is solving.
One of the greatest tools for lead contact data, period.
What do you like best about the product?
Its ease of use, the amount of data, and the insights provided by the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
As expected, not every contact data is available, and in the beginning, takes a bit to learn the platform thoroughly; it is well worth it though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the tool, I've been able to get better insights into what companies are looking for, in terms of technologies and ways of getting a more efficient service process. Contact data is a huge plus on this platform, and ways to learn more about companies' needs. It's the complete package.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
ZoomInfo is the way to go for contact information. I'd call this the only tool with the necessary insights to springboard your sales game. It is relatively easy to use, and when combined with other tools for outreach, you are getting the power to be successful in the sales game.

I can't see my prospects' location if they don't have a LinkedIn profile.

ZoomInfo Engage drastically enhanced the productivity and efficiency of our salespeople. Admins can create templates and step-by-step salesflows to get their salespeople up and running faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been several bugs that have persisted throughout our time using the platform. However, none of the bugs prevented us from working our pipeline more efficiently.

Our salespeople were spending way too much time researching versus actually making sales calls. Engage enables us to contact more qualified prospects in a shorter amount of time.

The ability to template emails and sales flows is great, also the ability to collaborate and share templates with others on my team
What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics needs improvement, it is difficult to decipher and understand what is available and it lacks the ability to truly dig into the statistics of individual sales flows and campaigns

The ability to send large quantities of emails and customize them with the variables is excellent and has saved me lots of time.

Reporting features should include times (i.e. - emails at 9am have 20% open rates, emails sent at 1pm have a 15% open rate, etc).
