The platform is super easy to navigate and the chrome plug in "reachout" is a game changer!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo has allowed me to set more meetings by easily being able to focus on my specific buying personas.
What do you dislike about the product?
The EMEA contacts package is slightly behind the US... keep up the good work!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Locating contact direct and mobile numbers is near enough impossible without Zoominfo.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has a complete list of features, which, unusually for these types of platforms, all seem to work quite well in our region of Australia. I've found the accuracy of the data excellent in our geography. The additional features such as Intent and Web-sights are excellent and I've found them to be very useful to support prospecting efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better segmentation of regions for the APAC area would be helpful. Currently, the lowest region denomination is "Australia"; however, it is still possible to utilize workarounds for this using boolean postcode searches
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo saves us valuable time trying to reach and validate decision-makers for our potential prospects while bringing to bear valuable market intelligence as conversation starters. It significantly reduces the amount of time and sources required to research our cold outreachs.

Easy to use platform with highly accurate data.

It's not cheap! But with the right info, we are in a better position to make sales.

We were having email bounce rate issues, but ZoomInfo fixed that.

The most helpful I found is how easy it is to use this tool and find relevant information in a short time about the company or a person

I didn´t find any downsides of using Zoominfo as all the information I found is very relevant and up to date
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Researching the company- its latest updates, revenues, fundings, competitors, and pain points was very beneficial as I prepared for the call. I also found out that it takes about 16 engagements to get a response from the prospect.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has advanced search functionality that allows you to segment data using 100s of different segmentation filters at both a contact and company level. On top of this, it is also possible to filter based on company scoops, which are split into financial, general, opportunity and personnel, and technologies which allows us to really filter down to the accounts which we have the greatest opportunity of converting. Additionally, the software comes with tagging and list functionalities to allow us to easily keep track of previous searches, as well as a notifications functions to allow us to set alerts when any of the key criteria of our target accounts updates. We also subscribe to the WebSights and intent data functions to give us additional insight on top of this, making ZoomInfo a fantastic all in one solution for our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of ZoomInfo's marketing materials are unclear and suggest steps are taken to ensure their data is clean that potentially aren't. This has resulted in higher than expected bounce rates when using their data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier account mapping, a greater ability to identify and take advantage of opportunities and a GDPR compliant source of data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a tool that only offers one of the functions of ZoomInfo then I'd suggest looking at specialist solutions as there may be better ones out there. However, if you are looking for an all-in-one solution that offers the greatest variety of tools, I'm not aware of a better tool in the market.

when I input a search, I have to select it - I can't type a recognized result, hit return and it appears

It's an extensive database, and all the integration tools are useful.

I dislike that there is a limit on the credits.

I'm targetting the right prospects and getting the best direct phone numbers to reach out to them.

If you need a database constantly updated with trusted contact information, then Zoominfo is that tool.
Great for Lead Gen and Updating Existing Client Profiles
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo provides quick access to thousands of records that are invaluable for both lead generation and keeping existing client profiles updated. I am able to find up-to-date contact details for key clients and avoid having to go through hundreds of emails to find the correct contact information. We are also able to pull lists of clients by industry and specific software targets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really dislike anything about ZoomInfo
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not had any problems. We use ZoomInfo in both Sales and Services.
