What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is easy to navigate and allows you to unlock key information with a click of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, there is too much information at your fingertips that it can become overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to connect with the right people within the accounts we are targeting.

How to increase your reach to decision makers

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo's database coverage and allied services for account intelligence purposes are excellent. It works well to download the bulk of data sets, which can be used offline. It is useful for the sales community to increase reach in various buying centers in client organizations. It can be integrated well with CRM system to enrich data directly in the system for sales users
What do you dislike about the product?
Their update frequency is low. Data is updated every 6 months type in batches. Many records still need to be added to the database. Depth of information associated with records can be increased as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are enabling our sales to increase their connection with decision-makers in client organizations. So they can farm the accounts better, and minimize dependency on fewer connections in the leadership. We have integrated with our CRM system to gets contact information enriched directly there.

What do you like best about the product?
Good, basic research tool, especially at the beginning of a new sales cylcle
What do you dislike about the product?
We triage our sales cycle responsibilities based on revenue tiers. Obviously we ask the prospect when things get going, but it is frustrating when trying to do initial research prior to prospect engagement to find that ZoomInfo's data is wildly inaccurate frequently on this front.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are targeting appropriate leads. It's helpful for territory research planning.

Zoominfo Engage - Automate your sales processes!

What do you like best about the product?
Paired with Zoominfo, the amount of data at my fingertips is almost overhwhelming. I can find who all the key players and decision makers are, where they are located, their office and cell numbers as well as email addresses at any given company with a quick search. After narrowing my search, I can then export my findings into Engage so that I can automate the email marketing process for our company. The customer service is fantastic as well. Engage saves an enormous amout of time and also gives us the ability to schedule subsequent follow up messages, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not the easiest product to navigate right away and getting individual one on one training isn't really an option. They do offer group training, which is great, but it's not the same as one on one instruction. The price for this product (along with Zoominfo) is not super cheap, but the amount of credible data is amazing and the tool paid for itself with 1 sale we received within 30 days after starting out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Paired with data from Zoominfo, Engage helps us to take that data and automate the process of email marketing. It also allowed us to set up individual sales flows for our sales reps to set up tasks, follow up with calls, etc. Made the process much easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I definitely would recommend Zoominfo and Zoominfo Engage for those looking to generate leads on a daily basis and have Engage automate the entire process for you.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part is the in-depth accuracy of the data, and the way to seamlessly go between different CRM platforms to use it

nothing, if it was easier to stop sales flows to different companies

What do you like best about the product?
Onboarding was easy, it is a SaaS product.
What do you dislike about the product?
We contacted customer service 45 days in advance to cancel and were served with the "gotcha" of a 60 day out buried in a link from the original contract. Several attempts to work with their teams were stonewalled - they just pointed to the contract and said "you should've read it, it's your own fault." As a 20 person startup, I am surprised we even gave 45 days notice. I have never heard of another software company with a 60 day out, nor have I dealt with a business that actually held us to an additional 13.5 months of payment due to a contract. It's insane. The fact that they are willing to burn bridges just for a one year subscription shows their lack of faith in the usefulness of their own product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for sales lead generation. The cost was prohibitively high and the success rate in finding decision makers was low for our business.

sometimes i cant find the company im looking for, but that's not zoominfo's fault

Zoominfo has helped significantly with my sales and marketing outreach. I am able to find updated contacts quickly and efficiantly

This is an incredibly useful product that has significantly increased my sales and marketing efforts

What do you like best about the product?
Accuracy, Ease of use,
Ability to go after similar verticals and find prospects of a similar persona.
Integration with Linked In is utterly fantastic.
Integration with your CRM is key as well.
Ability to have several tabs open at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike; it ticks all the boxes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am getting the most up to date data intelligence on potential prospects. It just has true data integrity.
