Overall, I have had a great experience with Zoominfo.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that easy to use and that new contacts are constantly being added to the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the contact information that I get for LATAM is incorrect. For example, the contact is listed as a Vice President of IT, and when clicking on their LinkedIn profile, he is just an analyst or a non-manager executive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Obtaining new accounts and leads for our campaigns is easy.
Dramatically improves prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and filters to find new prospects' accounts and immediately export them into Salesforce saves our sales reps and SDR's hours of manual prospecting work.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can only export 25 records at a time; when trying to do a large outreach, it can sometimes be time-consuming to add new contacts if you have a lot of people
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With zoominfo we can find hundreds of new contacts easily and accounts for our sales reps to prospect.

What do you like best about the product?
Engage is super helpful in keeping track of who has opened an email and more likely to respond or answer a call. Their dialer is also great and makes it easy to zip through phone calls
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a bit to get the hang of setting up templates within a salesflow, would erase from time to time if not entered properly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a recruiter and it simplifies the follow up process by A LOT. Keeps it easy and things don't fall through the cracks.

What I like best is that everything that intent is laid out easy

That is freezes and sometimes lags. Zoom info should look at updating.

It's got everybody! The breadth of contacts and especially alternative contact details is key to our growth team's success.

It'd be nice to be able to customize the integrations a little more (adding internal fields, etc)

After COVID, we needed better digital marketing tools for our team to reach out where the cold calls used to work.

Sometimes I am pushed out of the system for no reason and need to log back in

Aside from my current CRM Software, this is my number 1 tool for sales in my organization.
The features present in ZoomInfo allow you to find the exact information you need as soon as you searchf or it, all in one place. It integrates with a host of other platforms, including our CRM for seemless batch contact uploads and immediate knowledge of who owns the account to make sure you're not duplicating efforts. The Sales Certification program was top notch and I highly suggest it as a resource to learn how to use Zoominfo in a sales role but also for in depth Sales knowledge.
I plan on diving deeper into the Engage certification next.
It's really exciting to work with a product this well designed making my job so much easier and more exciting to know its only going to keep improving.

What do you dislike about the product?
No real dislikes since the product make prospecting and account management easier than ever, but you need to ensure your CRM platform is up to date or on a recent release; otherwise, they may not integrate with ZoomInfo. The platform can be a bit overwhelming when it's first opened, and I don't think I ever truly knew how to use it, but recent marketing efforts directing me to the "Knowledge Center" have certainly paid off.

Prospecting and Account cleanup has become a breeze with the ZoomInfo tool. I can find, download and upload new contact faster than ever and when that's half my job, I'm glad to know it can be done more efficiently.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Strongly consider getting certified after gaining access to the ZoomInfo Tool.
It will open up a world of possibilities you didn't know existed within the platform that will make your job easier.

finding contacts ph# and email to make successful contact

sometimes the data is inaccurate but that will happen with any database

solved the issue of getting many contacts quickly, love being able to look up a company stats on the fly

What do you like best about the product?
I can segment data to any territory, title, get the info I need quickly. As well, Competitors Info, Tech Stack, Hierarchy. I can tell how recently the Data was verified which is especially important during The Great Resignation. There is so much movement in the market, even LinkedIn is not that up to date!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the tech stack data was more "affordable"! Yes to this - the Tech Stack is so important. Would be great also to have insight into the Board Level and Investors and links to 10K forms. I do love Zoom Info though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clean, accurate Data with update dates available, especially right now. I can quickly populate a campaign and pivot data. I have a broad territory with some narrow segmenting on Revenue and Employee; I am able to get data easily for my territory and refine by Vertical, then drill to people/personas. And save those searches so I do not have to reinvent the wheel everytime!
