Immoral business practices, consistent product outages

What do you like best about the product?
Anyone scaling up a sales team with outbound lead generation will benefit from contact database tools,given the data provided aligns with their ideal customer persona.
What do you dislike about the product?
Product downtime- multiple system outages that lasted weeks. Often times we would go a full week without hearing from our Account Manager or the support team when going through these.

Immoral account management and renewal practices-The team re-wrote contract terms by removing the terms from our contract, placing them on online terms and conditions, and not notifying us of the revisions.

Lack of data in public sector.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation.

Contact database was not appropriate for our Sector, vendor was unable to support our problems.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to find the information I'm looking for
What do you dislike about the product?
mobile numbers do not export. help section doesn't give details on some of the symbols to know exactly what they mean.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me find businesses to provide financial services to. I've had much better success getting correct numbers for my target markets than using other sources.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've found it helpful to include location when searching for specific people. Helps my lists be more targeted. You'll still have some that sneak through because of the company offices, but most will be from the area.

ZoomInfo is not the overpriced tool with poor outcomes

Excellent communication until they sell your their service
Custom pricing based on your needs
What do you dislike about the product?
needed to pay extra taxes because their juridical body is based in Delaware, so I've paid an extra 1.5k for 6 months
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Searching for relevant clients feature is not that correct and there's a lot of data which is invalid
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take a look at the competitors. the data is not valid always, updates are not done until you do the changes manually

I like the ease of use of Zoom Info and the accuracy of the information.

There is nothing I dislike about Zoom Info.

I can have a full view of many aspects of a Company in one location.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can find the right contact person, and if that person does not respond to my inquiry, I can contact someone in the same department or someone who has more influence with what I am trying to sell.
I also like finding someone with just a phone number, and I can call them directly.
I do not use the mobile contact number because I want to respect their privacy. I wait for that person to give me the number, or I will ask for it.
I also like that ZoomInfo supplies the company's history and Scoops. It gives you a common ground to commend them and engage them in conversation.
I like that ZoomInfo supplies the size of the company. I can target the right industry and what they will need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would imagine due to the global pandemic, many people have changed jobs or even lost their position. Some contact info was not up to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo gives me entire categories of businesses that I want to target.
The benefits realized is knowing a person's name and using it when I call them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take a tutorial so you can use it to its potential.

What do you like best about the product?
The quality of their contacts is fine. But their customer service is appalling.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZERO STARS

Zoominfo bakes in an autorenewal clause that they bury in their 12-page agreement. If you do not cancel your subscription via email 1 month before your contract is set to renew, they auto-renew it.

If you would like to cancel your subscription, even a few days later, they sick their lawyers on you. If you do not pay, they sell your contract to a collections agency—absolutely soulless people.

They are a GARBAGE company with an OVERVALUED product. I recommend any other company: Apollo, Uplead, D&B Hoovers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fine customer contact info, terrible customer relations, and they strong-arm you with their legal team if you ever want to terminate your contract.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Steer away from this company. They will nickel and dime you at every turn. They do not care about you or your organization. They care about one thing, their bottom line. I suggest going with any of their competitors in this space unless you'd like to be tricked into a contract you cannot get out of and then have a collections agency and team of corporate lawyers sent after you. Run.

I like how often cell phone numbers are available.

There is nothing I dislike about zoom info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am getting personal emails and cell phone numbers that I could not find from other services. Our company has benefitted from being able to contact "hard to contact" individuals.

What do you like best about the product?
As you research organizations, having a single location to help guide you as it relates to employees, organization structure and for me, an idea of areas the organization may be looking to move has been a very helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
Keeping accurate information about any organization is tough/impossible. As you leverage ZoomInfo, you need to be aware of this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Covid has changed the world. Zoominfo has helped me accelerate my ability to research a series of multiple companies in a very efficient manner and provides me the guidance to begin to formulate an attack plan. Without this tool, you find yourself digging through Google and other less timely avenues and often offers more roadblocks and time to complete.
