Very powerful tool
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of information I can pull from ZoomInfo with ease of use. It saves me countless hours I have wasted using other programs. The extension is amazing, and the free training they provide makes it a no-brainer.
What do you dislike about the product?
More so on the admin side with T-Mobile being restrictive with the features we cannot use with Zoominfo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting quality accounts/leads to prospect with minimal time. A huge benefit I have realized is how to attack large accounts effectively.

Technology Signals don't report any information although I have ~29 technologies saved.

Incomplete current customer organizational information. Increased BD activity with measurable results

What do you like best about the product?
This is one of the best solutions in the market for the sales team. We can see a significant improvement in targeting potential leads after using it for just a few months. Zoominfo has well integration with Salesforce which is really awesome. Zoominfo ensures the lead quality by providing the quality score and ranking them by A-Z. It makes many important contact information (i.e - Office Phone, Email, Additional Email, Personal Phone, and Linkedin profile URL) available to users. It is also cost-effective compare to other services which provide similar solutions. Bulk contact lookup and export feature saves time and effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though there are not many dislikable features to highlight. I think ZoomInfo should update the contact information of the leads on a regulars basis. They should also reduce downtime. Sometimes their website is really slow or inaccessible which is really annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding quality used to be a real headache for the sales raps which is solved now thanks to ZoomInfo. Sales raps can invest more time in making calls. Email bounce rate reduced by one third. Zoominfo also provides additional emails and phone numbers which increases the chance of reaching potential customers significantly.

It's easy to use and accurate database of potential users, which is very helpful to grow your business.

Helps me find contact information for leads, as well as discover new leads through their scoops and intent.
What do you dislike about the product?
While not super accurate all the time (oftentimes contacts no longer work there or wrong numbers are given), it is definitely a helpful tool for prospecting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting directly to the DM at the beginning part of their evaluation process. Very easy integration with Salesforce to be more efficient.

If you prospect in your day to day- this is great tool
Data is quite accurate, easy to use, good Technographics, But it lacks automating emailing process

Data accuracy is really good when compared to competetors, good to see they are always buying out competetors and valuable technologies.
I like the Technographic search criteria and database update frequency.
I appreciatie that they outsource companies for human verification of contacts.

What do you dislike about the product?
1)No G-Suit integration, no email sequencing (salesforce CRM is integrated, but medium Startup companies would prefer G suit)
2) Extension works from only one PC, I tried 100 times with OTP. It was being used by an old team member now he left the company but extension does not work from new laptop

It is really costly but yes helpful, COnsidering apollo coming to marketwith alsmot 95% same database , zoominfo should have lower prices for database.
As other tools are unique, so can keep pricing high.

The new updates in Zoominfo, where we can get information about the market, decision-makers, upcoming projects, Industry, and organization chart, is really helpful. With the recent acquisitions and mergers, it has become a more robust and industry leader.
What do you dislike about the product?
The contact updation is process is time taking. If someone changes company their contact details takes longer to get updated in Zoominfo. Many a times we get wrong phone numbers and email addresses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is becoming an absolute lifesaver and saves time in our research. It is the best tool for Business Developers and Sales Executives. It allows you to focus more on your core business rather than finding contacts and doing research.

Use ZoomInfo This is the best application I would recommend each and everyone to use it as it is very helpful

What I like the most about ZoomInfo is it's convenient to use interface. It has access to an abundant amount of company and contact information. Also, it has saved searches and filter criteria.

Some people and companies have outdated contact information.

It drills down to sort specifically by industry, contact name, or company name.

If you needed a tool that hoards contact information, Zoominfo is the best!

Sometimes the information is outdated and the lead no longer works there or the phone or email is incorrect
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I solve are I will get a lead and sometimes the phone or the email is incorrect. I will look the person and most of the time it has their current phone and email address. It also helps me tremendously in lead milling and finding new leads to contact.
