Good Lead finder
What do you like best about the product?
I like to be able to find leads and set the parameters of what I am looking for. I cover a whole state and deal with the c-level. It is also nice being able to load everything in saleforce so that I can track where I get with the client.
What do you dislike about the product?
The information is wrong about 25% of the time. That does become frustrating when I get so many leads each month, and the info is wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me a lot of time getting essential contact info such as email addresses and direct phone numbers. When prospecting saves a tremendous amount of time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It would be nice if you could send proof in for invalid leads and get credits back for them.

It's great for finding business emails/cell phones/ direct lines for prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every once in a while it is inaccurate, but 95% of the time it is spot on.

Market Leading Data in a Market with Just ok Data
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo's search function is truly innovative and designed for the smart sales person, intent data is really cool, and as a business ZoomInfo is market sensing and trying to innovate to need.
What do you dislike about the product?
1) Their trainings are AWFUL - really draining click and point. Even when I spent a 60-minute meeting to help the trainer make it as relevant as possible they came without the notes we had prepared. My org has taken to running our own training and not relying on them to teach their own tool.
2) Sexist issue with Data Management - I have used ZoomInfo at two companies over 5 years. Throughout all that time there has been an issue where ZoomInfo flips First and Last names of women with a traditional male first name. For example - Mary Austin is flipped to Austin Mary. I see this at least once a quarter if not and have been rightful took off by prospects for flipping her name.
3) They show us all the data - not just the data that is good. additionally the filters for quality are confusing

Getting access to numbers, emails, and insights for prospect companies as well as group them by similarities without manual research

Ease of use of the platforms and the data provided.

Complex sometimes. I believe my problem.

I like the list that i can classify according to logic and my own tags

the home page user experience there is a lot of info at once, the fact that i cannot export most of the time my contacts to my crm and the errors in HQ numrbers noit located in the right main hq country

finding some mobile professional numbers, exploring deep into an industry and finding new name of accounts

save lists, have some tags
Great service that has changed and grew by revenue past 100%

I love the search feature and the top three similiar company listing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly appreciate that ZoomInfo doesn't have an option to select various contacts at once to download.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving not having specific contacts to generate, and the benefit I see is increased sales.
LOADS OF information at your finger tips
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo has a excellent customer service team that helps every step along the way. They check in with me to ensure I am getting the most out of zoom info. Give me great suggestion on how I can use it the software to my best advantage. Any questions I may have I can get answer quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints, there simply is so much more I still have to learn.

Getting real contact information and finding out who is actually looking in to our company

if you are looking for software that can help you see actual data in all sorts of aspects, this is it

What do you like best about the product?
It has very accurate information and really helpful for pitching the sales and get the right person. ZoomInfo is doing great!
What do you dislike about the product?
They must provide higher view limits for contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am finding contacts and dealing with the right person.
Zoominfo really helps me with extensive and accurate information.

I like the way I could easily find out information that I need on Zoominfo.

Sometimes the info is not upgraded or just follow wrong info on LinkedIn

I saved extensive time to find the right person with Zoominfo. Become efficient and effective

I love how accurate and valuable the source contacts are.

Nothing! The system is easy to navigate.

I haven't had any problems using Zoominfo thus far, and I appreciate the benefits of finding the right contacts to source in my pipeline with just a few clicks.
