Zoom Info for the win!
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to find good contacts, intent, and org charts!
What do you dislike about the product?
Information is not always up-to-date or accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Checking for accuracy with lead info. Being able to get lead info that can open doors into new business.

What do you like best about the product?
I am getting the data I need to prospect my target-specific clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Costly. Time-consuming - I can get the data in quantity, but I still need to dig into the data at each firm to extract the target people I'm looking to contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am getting quicker access to my prospect's information - exact emails and direct phone lines.
Not to mention ZoomInfo Engage has been amazing!

I really appreciate the new capability to add more than one person on LinkedIn from ZoomInfo directly into our CRM

Sometimes the contacts and the contact info is outdated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the right people to reach out to. Zoominfo helps streamline the process of uploading contacts

What do you like best about the product?
Integrations with Chrome and our CRM. A wide variety of filters and certified companies by ZoomInfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
When exporting companies into our CRM, I am only able to push 25 at a time. I would like to see a minimum 50.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can increase prospect levels, trusting ZoomInfo's data. Too early to tell but I believe we are going to see higher SALs.
Great course by ZoomInfo! Loved the videos and links to various blogs.

I really liked the statistics mentioned- for example: data decay rate, and how Zoominfo helps overcome this challenge for organizations

I think the UI for the certifications test can be better

I use zoominfo to identify potential leads and then implement campaigns using engage

Great tool, and has a lot of data, it can be really beneficial to any organization if used t its full potential

One of the thing i dislike is that some companies has no contact number

I like the new interface. ZoomInfo provides me the correct contact information of the company I am looking.

Zoominfo has always been a part of my pre-call planning. It helps me dial the correct contact. Question not applicable

Dialing the correct contact is the top challenge any salesperson has; this tool makes my prospecting task easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can find all the information I need on an account or lead all in one place, also the integrated widget makes it so easy to use at all times!

I would love to see more updates on lead information ... for example, if someone has left the company. But overall, I am thrilled with zoom!

I can find the information I could not access anywhere else, for example, personal emails and phone numbers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need to dive deeper into your research, then this platform is what you need. It made it much quicker for me to find the appropriate and accurate information I need! I was able to find information that I was unable to find on any other platform. Zoom makes it easy to link with your current CRM platform as well!

I love that it fully integrates to Dynamics 365, and we can export or update data quickly.

Sometimes the information is inaccurate or missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cleaning up our dirty database and adding new contacts. We no longer have to add contacts manually, so that saves time.
