Excellent prospecting software with large database.

What do you like best about the product?
There aren't many people I can't find because of the quantity of information available. Because I can export prospects in bulk (groups of up to 25-30 at a time) and arrange them in order immediately from ZoomInfo, my job is made much simpler (at least to Outreach). This is a tool that I've trained my new coworkers to utilize, and it's really easy to include into our prospecting techniques.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the amount of information available, it is inevitable that some of it will be incorrect. I've called people on more than one occasion and been told they've left the firm six years ago or retired ten years ago. At least once every several weeks, the service itself has trouble loading. Sometimes it's tough to access contacts straight away since I have to go to the hierarchy first before clicking on contacts, which might take a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
However, I have also encountered some of the above-mentioned technical concerns, such as the inability to export data in sequence and the platform becoming unreachable owing to network problems 1-2 times every month. The advantages, on the other hand, are incalculable ZoomInfo has changed the way I prospect. I make at least 3/4 of my daily calls with ZoomInfo. In comparison to utilizing the search function, it takes significantly longer for me to locate a contact when I do it manually. To get the most out of each new account, I always prospect in a timely manner.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For example, I utilize it to discover contacts at well-established firms. As a result, adding a new contact is a quick and painless process. This service has so much more to offer than the odd negative report.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to add contacts from Linkedin to my CRM, but that is all I like about this platform. I dislike 90% of Zoominfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software is built like a deck of cards and is constantly experiencing bugs and issues. It gets worse every time they add a new feature. At this point, Zoominfo has become like many other sales solutions, bloated and overpriced. Their customer success is pushy to the point of spammy but at the same time not effective at all, which is hard to do. When the pages load as you navigate through zoominfo, they prioritize the load speed of their constant adds and upsells over the actual info you want to see and my team and I have not found their data to be anywhere as clean as they promise.

Best part? Good luck ever getting out of your contract. It's clear that the legal team deals with a lot of people not happy with the platform and they are quick to dismiss your desire to cancel.

Proceed with caution with this company. I'd recommend looking at any of the numerous other companies providing the core functions of this platform for a fraction of the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was just looking for clean contact data, that is the only piece of the zoominfo toolset I needed. That is what they were built around. It is clear that that is the forgotten part at this point.

Look at any other platform. Do not purchase zoominfo.

What do you like best about the product?
Info is very accurate, there are hundreds of thousands of companies with contact info of the person in charge of what I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have much complain being completly honest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contacts of the person in charge of financing for the companies of potential clients.

Use it as a sales tool.

What do you like best about the product?
We like their account and contact database where we get so much info. like their role, responsibilities, and who they may report to, etc. I like their scoops which are very important insights for Marketing and Sales. We like working with their business success team who will train you how to use the tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish there's was an easier way to download the exact number of contacts instead of trying to increase or reduce the contacts in your search. To match the exact number that we need to pull, it is taking a lot of time and hassle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the contact of businesses we are trying to market and sell to. Also, find new opportunities by looking at the insights they provide.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that there are links to LinkedIn, so I don't have to copy and paste names
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly appreciate that not all info is up to date. There are several times where I've attempted to contact an employee, and they hadn't worked there in years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps when there are direct lines listed so that I can bypass receptionists and gatekeepers.

What do you like best about the product?
Most integrated sales engagement platform that I've used.
It is easy to use, manage documents, attachments and also to track those attachments.
Works wonderfully with salesforce and outlook.
Activity icons on the main page show people's engagement with your emails, providing you a snapshot view of your leads.
Voice messages can be pre-recorded.
Word Docs, PDFs and URLs can be easily added to the templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Editing a template can be a little tricky sometimes.
Recipient activity leads to notification floods sometimes.
Sometimes the email setting for a plan doesn't work as expected.
Ui needs some improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking and channelizing the Sales Engagement and 360-degree visibility on the efforts that I make for sales.
E-mail campaigns.
Call tracking and pre-recorded Voice mails.
