Great Research Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Zoom Info for quite a while now, even when it was called DiscoverOrg a couple of years ago.
I really like the relevance and actuality of the content that is provided.

The User Interface or the way the platform is displayed didn't really seem too intuitive in the beginning but that didn't stop me from taking my needed content. :-)

I try to generate leads and business opportunities by finding insights about my prospects in the market.
A lot of insights provided by ZoomInfo are not found in regular news or media.

The signals are useful for finding interested buyers. I wasn't able to convert any but it helps limit your outreach to interested buyers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Without proper training, the software can be overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accessing prospects and being able to connect with them to build a pipeline quickly. BUsiness development work becomes a lot more efficient!

Powerful tool with easily accessible data on almost any company. Individual employee data needed for prospecting.

Nothing. Great tool with up to date information about companies and their employee contact data.

Easier to navigate companies and find specific points of contact for marketing, sales, etc.
