Zoominfo is an invaluable tool. Immediate ROI and information that would take days to compile.
What do you like best about the product?
Key information that no other site offers immediately, at your fingertips, and they scrub it regularly to ensure accuracy.
What do you dislike about the product?
So much information and so many tools are available that I am still trying to build the perfect process with it, but I will!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Get to the REAL decision-makers by mail, phone, cell phone, text, and email. It cuts down on time to get your value proposition across.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy calling a prospect directly and avoiding their gatekeeper. I do not want to ask permission to speak to someone. The time it saves me avoiding the gatekeeper is worth the price of admission.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to be able to add notes to any area of any profile I like. You should select a 'note button', then the location of the profile you want to place the note. Once selected, a dialog box can open for data entry. The note dialog box should be able to be toggled from hidden to visible.
When reviewing my records in the 'Lists' section. I wish the sort buttons worked. When I sort by name or company, the list does not sort at all.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer ask to speak to someone. I call them directly. I no longer spend hours creating a call list. I spend minutes. I no longer work my way up the ladder to the decision-maker. I already know who they are.
I also find it easier to find additional leads in the 'Similar Companies' section. Once I find my perfect prospect, its so easy to find everyone sililar within my terratory.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend using all credits every month, whether or not you can call on all of them that month or not. You can come back in subsequent months and get caught up with calling prospects when you have more time and avoid wasting your credits.

Websights - is a tool powered by ZoomInfo’s proprietary IP matching algorithm that reveals the identities of organizations that visit your website and provides visualized analytics.
ListMatch - provides ZoomInfo customers the ability to upload a list of companies or people with unique identifiers such as company names, URLs, or contact emails and match those records against related companies and contacts in ZoomInfo.
Enhance - it allows you to fill in the data blanks with important demographic and firmographic information that can fuel your go-to-market motions.
Intent - data gives you insight into developing opportunities before your competitors by uncovering purchasing intent earlier in the sales cycle.

There is a small number of companies whose data is not updated or uploaded. So certain times when you need some data on these companies, you run into an dead end.

Zoominfo has helped us in solving Marketing and Sales problem.

4. Deciding which Contacts or Companies you want to Tag or Export.

Great for finding missing prospect details
What do you like best about the product?
Using ZoomInfo is easy, and I have been impressed with the data quality. I use it to fill in missing lead information before passing a lead onto the SDR team. It's good for getting a prospect's email address, phone number, or physical location. It's also great for finding new contacts at target accounts, and ZoomInfo makes it easy to sync data over to your CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main dislike is the pricing of the product. The lowest tier (Professional) starts at $15,000, which does not include company hierarchy details. ZoomInfo is pretty strict with pricing. There doesn't seem to be any negotiating for getting some of the Advanced features added to the Professional addtion. Also, I wish the data cleanse feature worked with Zoho CRM instead of having to export data and then import the cleansed data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem we are solving with ZoomInfo is getting our new business development team to find new targets - contacts and companies - for their outreach. The second problem we are solving is supplementing our CRM data with ZoomInfo's data.

Love that it is so much easier to find mobile telephone numbers!

Sometimes there is no contact information, or it can be outdated.

Being able to reach prospects is a game changer!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use Zoominfo with the Chrome ext. You go to the site you want to check on, click a button, and the interface pops out (but not enough to block your screen). Also useful to be able to find out the annual revenue so I can target businesses that areon the higher end. The revenue part is reliable and hits 100% of the time. The ability to build out lists by industry is also a big selling point. As long as the contacts actually hit in the extension this is a huge timesaver for anyone in the BDR or AE role.
What do you dislike about the product?
How often the contacts I need are missing from the provided list. Not sure if the companies I'm targeting are too small (typically small medical practices, both human and animal). Usually I'll find only one or two contacts and neither of them will be the ones I want to talk to. The frustrating thing is some of these companies have the contact info listed right on the site but it still doesn't come up in the Zoominfo profile. The whole point for me is to save time by not having to comb through the site to get this info myself. How can the info be on the site but doesn't show up in their profile?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting emails and direct phone numbers without having to go through a gatekeeper. The number one time consumer for me when generating new leads is finding contact info. When they actually show up in the profile, I can export right to Salesforce and save a ton of time by not only getting the info directly, but not having to enter/create the lead myself in Salesforce. If you're going to get ZoomInfo, make sure it integrates with whatever CRM you're using.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do tests before purchasing to make sure the Contacts feature works for the verticals and titles you're targeting. I'm always a bit disappointed when I find a good company, ready to reach out, and I have to end up calling in and going through the gatekeeper even though I should already have their info from ZoomInfo. A lot of times this info will be on the company website, but if you're currently doing a ton of lead entry then this will save you time.

What do you like best about the product?
The data quality is fantastic. I have used many of the others and the reliability and accuracy of the data at ZoomInfo is the best for B2B sellers. High-value software that is actually useful. The buying signals and topics provided by the Scoops feature is some helpful in identifying early stage initiatives. Also, the Private Equity and VC search criteria is so useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have limits around the # of names you can extract monthly. Search criteria can be vague and will see 1000's of names and don’t want to extract a list to massage and whittle down because it’ll take away from being to pull more data for other prospects later in the period. I think some more social integration to LinkedIn, like (do I know this contact or does my network have warm intro possibility) would be huge.

Finding out who's who in the zoo at any company is the chief problem I'm solving.

As a Sales Director in the Hospitality industry, we have been provided various tools and sourcing sites, this is the only tool that I have used that has proven to give results.

I haven't found one feature that doesn't provide excellent benefits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting/sourcing client's within my market right on target. 99% of the time no matter the size of the company their information is in ZoomInfo, with current contact information. This reduced wasted time and enable me to get to the correct decision maker and determine if our product is a good fit for them now or in the future.

The advanced search feature... Absolutely crucial when looking into business development across specific verticals, locations, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Been a bit of a discrepancy lately with individuals that have left certain companies and taking up new roles, but I've been summing that up to the chaos that Covid's impact has left on the work force the past 12 months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving problems by identifying proper POC's and expediting sales cycles by having the right people involved from the get go -- the benefits have been fantastic in regards to saving time when calling/emailing.
