Zoominfo has a real-time contact information database that is very accurate, and the Reach Out add-on allows you to connect with potential customers directly through LinkedIn. Customer information management will enable you to organize better campaigns of a commercial nature that are categorized in a somewhat organized activity panel
What do you dislike about the product?
Graphical user interface that proves to be a bit difficult to manipulate, especially for those who don't know well about programming, yet the layout of the visual aspects can be confusing to see when handling reports or listings. The information-gathering functions can yield inaccurate fears
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo allows my company's team to develop optimal work process flows and plan better marketing campaigns thanks to managing our customers' data; with all this, we can also approach new potential customers. The software shields our possible failures in potential sales and sales prospecting. With the tools of this platform, we can track specific customer and prospect outreach activities

Zoominfo is a must-have software for manipulating capital management and virtual revenue capabilities through a high range of valuable tools in the right hands. With an attractive logo in the form of a dark arrow that ensures that this product will help to achieve success

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Use and very intuitive from a standpoint of looking up client and contact information
What do you dislike about the product?
There isnt too much that I dont like, but there is definitely too much Analytics, which is good if you want to get down to percentages but it can get confusing

Reconnecting with people that I haven't spoken to in years.

Honestly, this is probably the best platfrom for finding and digigng up all the necessary information for finding contacts

What do you like best about the product?
Clearing the first hurdle in sales is often the most challenging part. That hurdle is often "who's my point of contact?" By utilizing ZoomInfo, we're no longer getting stuck at this stage. Clearing this critical point has allowed us to increase our target account volume and exponentially grown our business development efficiency. When working with large OEMs who operate in facilities across the globe, having intelligence into the internal hierarchy has proven to be invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've never found a system where I've been entirely confident in their SIC code, NAICS code, or industry designations. When I build company lists by industry, for instance, I often find that it picks up "fringe" companies who have a tentative relationship with the industry I'm targeting. It's a small thing, but to better use my credits, I have to pay close attention to which companies get included when I filter by industry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business development team can say on Monday, "we want to target food processing companies in Florida." By Tuesday, we'll have developed a list of potential contacts that we can import into our CRM or MAS. More importantly, we're confident in that list and have actionable information to move forward with. ZoomInfo has become the engine that begins our campaigns.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
How much time do you spend trying to figure out who to contact at a company? How often have you been stuck at the gatekeeper or relying on outdated contact information that's getting you nowhere? How good is the contact data in your system for your best customers? If you needed to reach a large audience fast, would you have the resources to do it? These are the basic problems ZoomInfo solves for us. I've been a ZoomInfo customer for five years now and rely on it every day. I can calculate its ROI five different ways.

What do you like best about the product?
Julie took time to make sure our team was getting off on the right foot and asked some good customer-focused questions to understand our needs and what success might look like.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing not to like, we have a lot of action items to circle back on and we will be looking forward to getting the ball rolling and having more at-bats for our sales team

data accuracy ( outbound efforts ) access to competitive intel etc
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Test it out, try others too.. maybe the community meets the need but if you are serious about breaking into the large enterprise accounts you need zoominfo these days ;)

What do you like best about the product?
It is a good way for sales execs to send emails to their prospects based on the templates that marketing provides. The training was very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of things do not work as intended or as they should. I spent a lot of time communicating with support to fix issues, things not working as designed. Our sales team had to learn the work arounds for things that don't work correctly. The metrics also do not seem accurate. Our account manager was not helpful.

Easy way for AEs to send and track emails.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that there are intent, creatable lists. It tells you when the info was last verified
What do you dislike about the product?
The data can be invalid and some companies lack a lot of phone numbers that would be useful. I wish the data would allow you to create several tabs within one tab of data so that we can use it like salesforce lightning

Contact finding is the biggest challenge that I am solving

What do you like best about the product?
I get access to data I can't get elsewhere. Having this allows me to perform my job better thatn I wouold otherwise be able to do. The ability to search for employees at companies that are in specific job functions is crucual to being able to develop opportunities in my job.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the navigation is not as intuitive as it could be. Searching for specific employees within a company can be a challenge. However, this is a minor issue and the information is accessable, it just takes what feels like a few more clicks than should be necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With ZoomInfo I can find leads to market to that I would otherwise not have accessable to me The benefit of this is the ability to create more opportunities. Having this helps me do my job better than I would be able to do without it.
