Excellent tool to help get to the Decision Makers
What do you like best about the product?
Easy access to finding decision makers. Save so much time!
What do you dislike about the product?
Search bar can be tricky . And not enough initial training. Also not being able to transfer info to Close.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tme management. I am able to find the right people in the supply chain industry with out having to spend a great deal of time researching on Google. The benefits are now I can Export information in our CRM system and send out sequence email and call clients faster.

Highly recommend this tool
A must for any B2B team! Data galore that is easily accessible and can be fully automated.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to configure enrichment and export into your CRM is a tremendous lift that can be fully automated with a little bit of work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only knock is the lack of a large import. You're maxed at 25 at a time unless you do a large upload, translate it to your CRM, then cross your finger you did it correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying ICP, building model to predict LVT, enrich data in CRM, automate account creations, expended prospecting workflows. I can go on forever. ZoomInfo is adding new things and I still haven't leveraged everything they have so far
ZoomInfo - Accuracy at it's Finest
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of uploading contacts into Salesforce and the accuracy of the populated contact fields.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, the plug-in will take a long time to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit realized from using ZoomInfo is the ability to gain contact information for the people I am prospecting.

It's costly, and the data wasn't always accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was looking for new clients. At my previous company, it did help me reach out to new prospects.
Zoominfo for Sales Prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
I like how they give us almost up-to-date information on people and how to get a hold of them. It's easy to use, and I like how it shows relevant information regarding sales prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information on there is not correct, and It's hard to keep track of people, especially when they moved to different companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am getting a hold of the right person with their direct numbers / mobile numbers. It benefits me by saving time to calling their direct line rather than getting an operator or receptionist on the line. Also, if they don't answer, it helps me by having the right email address to email them.
Critical tool for finding contacts and Phone numbers
What do you like best about the product?
Easily export contact from ZI into Salesforce to I can follow up and reach out with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data is no 100% accurate, and occasionally there are bad number, people no longer with the firms, etc...but its typically correct, or at least very close.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding mobile numbers and better/more contacts at firms. The benefit of easily figuring out who to contact and how has cut down on my research time significantly.

ZoomInfo allows me to find updated and relevant contact information for prospective clients quickly. So many of my connections are made through LinkedIn, and by using ZoomInfo's ReachOut tool, I can discover more about my contacts and improve my communication and relationships daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints about ZoomInfo. It does what I need it to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned before, so many of my connections are made through LinkedIn, and I don't always have contact information beyond InMail and messaging. By using ZoomInfo's ReachOut tool, I can discover more about my contacts and improve my communication and relationships daily.
