Go-to tool for SDRs/BDRs
What do you like best about the product?
The accuracy of the data primarily phone numbers and emails is what keeps us tied to this tool. My entire organization uses it for their day-to-day sales activities and getting accurate insights into prospect profiles without taking any effort as they find all info in one place and helps them get away from signing in to different web pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that has not been able to impress me is its user interface. I understand there are too much information and topics that are useful but that looks cluttered. A new user will take some time to adopt it if not familiar with the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It doesn't provide only the accurate contact details of the person in an organization but also provides granular info about the organization too like org. chart with departmental views, financials, and also the market news. There is no beter1-stop shop than Zoominfo.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As Zoominfo has a data enrichment option, it's great for getting accurate information for certain accounts and also personal info. It's easy to use once you get familiar with it and helps you with quality data.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identify new decision maker and capability to identify targets in function of technology deployed

Before using it's important to take with the CSM to identify the best strategy to find the relevant targets
Zoominfo has a variety of company information, easy access, great categorizations of verticals

What I like best are the vertical selections/filters as well as the options for how you order results shown.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a better mobile app and map view: a way to see business around your location on a map.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding qualified more people in a business to talk with and more accuracy with Emails/Phone numbers. Finding businesses not always shown on other lead generators.
ZoomInfo has been such a great tool to utilize as an SDR!

What is most helpful is the addition of cell phone numbers. I've been using ZoomInfo for 3 years now, and ever since joining with DiscoverOrg, everything has tremendously only gotten better since.

What I like least is that, sometimes, the information is out of date. However, they do have an option to "suggest an update," which has been very useful when I come across those profiles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business problems ZoomInfo has helped me solve is getting more people on the phone. I'm able to view usually three different phone numbers for one prospect.
Also, the intent tab has been GREAT. The intent tab lets you see recommended contacts in certain problem areas that pertain to your business.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is a staple in my sales toolkit. I sell to mid-large Enterprise organizations and couldn't do my job effectively without it. It's honestly a must-have.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a whole lot that I dislike about the platform. Just make sure to keep building integrations with some of the outreach tools on the market. The landscape continues to evolve, and sales professionals are always looking for ways to automate their tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can be challenging to find the right contacts and have something relevant to use as a reason to reach out. Zoominfo provides insights into current news and internal organization changes so that you don't have to browse the internet forever. Saves me a ton of time.

I liked the specific details that ZoomInfo provided. Also having me execute live searches and use real companies to generate actual results.
The new features and functionality are helpful such as Intent and some of the changes to the UI are easier to navigate.

The course and test time-consuming. Maybe a shorter test with fewer questions. It was a lot of information to digest and test on in a short period of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am researching future prospective companies to reach out to generate new business for my company. I am solving the problems of who is the best role to reach out to. What size is the company to reach companies that meet my territory scope. ZoomInfo has all the filters and categories I need to do so.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the accuracy of contact information provided in this platform. Nine out of ten times, the information will be correct.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the ZoomInfo chrome extension because, sometimes it won't reflect the contact information that you can through ZoomInfo website. I use the extension when I am using LinkedIn, I rely on it alot and suddenly one day, I noticed this. Which is a huge drawback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am confidently dialing the prospects as I am sure that the contact number will be mostly accurate. Even if contact number is wrong, which is very rare, I will have the right email address.
In some cases, if they don't have the contact information, we can raise a request. So, they will dig out the info. My call connect ratio has been increased since I am using ZoomInfo.

What do you like best about the product?
The product searches intuitively. Type in Business name or contact and Zoom will take you to the correct record.

Headcount factors in any employee who ever worked at an organization so, these figures are often bloated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the title and email address of whom I want to contact has never been easier. I have realized that I can prospect faster and more accurately than I ever have before.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Need the final and perhaps most important bit of data before making a prospecting call? Zoom usually has it and gives it to you fast. You'll build better lists and, in turn, will be able to prospect more.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is the best of breed when it comes to quality business intelligence. We came to ZoomInfo for that reason and that reason alone, we wanted high quality, reliable information, and so far, it has delivered just that!
The sales and onboarding process has been great so far. The sales team went to bat for us. The onboarding team is highly organized and ready to get us up to speed quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sorry but I don't have any downsides at this point. We are just a few weeks into our relationship with them. I guess if I had to choose, it would just be figuring out how to fit ZoomInfo into my regular workflow. But that's more on me right now than them.

We needed reliable prospecting and target account data. It was taking us way too long to build our prospecting lists manually and we needed to become more efficient on that end of the process. ZoomInfo has drastically reduced the time it takes to identify target accounts and contacts.
