The credits per month can be restricting.

I am getting the relevant contact information of companies, it is helping with efficiencies.

Be sure to keep track of your credits and use them all!

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of ZoomInfo is that it can link to my LinkedIN page (which I've used to prospect for in the past). It's a one-stop shop!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that on LinkedIN sales navigator, I can't save/export all of my leads at once. It will only look at the ones on that page (i.e. 25 per page, have to click page two to get the others)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting has become a lot easier. I love being able to search for job titles, and getting access to emails/phone numbers makes outreach so much easier. I save a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that there is so much detailed information for my customers and potential new customers. The offering of intelligence options. From WebSights to hierarchies - it all just makes sense when trying to find a way into a customer's organization for sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. The interface is very intuitive and helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the proper contacts. Benefits are geeting to the customer at the right time or in advance of a project.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how accurate the information on Zoominfo is; compared to other sites I have used for prospect information, ZoomInfo is one I can always count on. When using Zoominfo, you are not only able to get this information, but it also gives very helpful insights and intent scores on organizations and what they are looking for in terms of products and services. This has helped build some of my target lists, basing off of the information Zoominfo sends our way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The prospect info can be outdated on the platform version, which is why I tend to use the extension on my Sales Navigator to make sure I'm contacting people that are working at the organization currently and not 3+ years ago etc.. Along with that the platform version can be cluttered and move slow sometimes. Zoominfo support is very responsive to any issues that come up in the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to retrieve the mobile phone numbers and the email addresses from very high level prospects. I have also been able to use the intent scores and the company insights to gain powerful information into what organizations are researching or in the market for what product or service, along with what people in that organization are going to be those ultimate decision makers. Our organization has used other lead mining products, but ZoomInfo goes beyond lead mining to provide a platform that gives you intelligence about the contacts and prospects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to lean on support as much as possible as long as attending Webinars or training for the Zoominfo platform, it is more extensive than meets the eye. There is a lot of very helpful information to get out of the platform as long as you know your way around it.

Finding contact information for prospects. It is beneficial to find missing phone numbers or additional emails that would be otherwise tough to find on your own.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to complain about! The service is very helpful in my day-to-day work which involves a lot of prospecting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been finding contact info for prospects and saving a ton of time doing so. This gives me more time for outreach during the day.

What do you like best about the product?
In my industry, potential client contact information is key. Information found on Zoom Info is the most accurate and up-to-date tool that I have found.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had any issues using this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping I database up-to-date he's probably one of the major challenges for my industry today. Zoom Info has done very well keeping up with the many changes that are occurring in the marketplace today.

Figuring out the best method to reach people and verifying all of their contact information is extremely helpful and saves a lot of time when prospecting.
