What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is what you call a one-stop shop. From company insights to trending accounts, it is the place to go to get an edge on getting the first crack at a top prospect account. It has helped build more pipeline than ever.
What do you dislike about the product?
normal stuff--phone numbrs and emails could be outdated but they do a great job predicating and updating them as fast as possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
filling in the gaps and challenges of building pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
- I like the export functionality. I like being able to save a ton of time prospecting by just pulling the information on ZoomInfo.
- Generally use to get contacts and export it to SF, then do further prospecting.
- Especially useful when targeting new Verticals or accounts that my company has not already reached out to or purified
- I like the filter function, where it's well thought out with what I'm trying to filter and sort. For example, I like being able to filter down to whoever has email or the company's size.
- To add to the filter function, it is nice having to filter contacts based on the department (HR, IT, etc)
- ZoomInfo is very user-friendly, I generally know where to go and use it even when first starting to use the Database
- I appreciate the job hierarchy, which shows me the general structure for the organization and who is in charge/who works under who

- At times, POC positions are inaccurate or not up to date
- Wish it had more contacts for Restaurants and Restaurant management groups (emails particularly)
- It would be cool having a list of companies I can add to prospect and purify
- Not too many dislikes with ZoomInfo, I think it is extremely useful for prospecting and figuring out who to reach out to

Fast & Accurate
What do you like best about the product?
The accuracy of the people I'm looking to find.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, when there is a person who's contact info is incorrect, it takes awhile for ZI to have it corrected.

Finding more email addresses and sales have gone up.

Most helpful for finding direct lines for prospects & e-mail address templates.

There is nothing that I dislike about ZoomInfo at this point in time.

I am not having any problems with ZoomInfo. The benefits are numerous, but most integral to my role is finding direct ways to contact prospects.

It gives great insight into the size, location, and general information on each company.

You're unable to search with an email address only.

There isn't a feature I can think of that's not already there at the moment. I have no dislikes.

They have a ton of info, and it's effortless to navigate! In addition to that I feel like they have a surprising amount of information about smaller companies and their teams that you would not expect in a database such as ZoomInfo! Great stuff guys!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to re-login every day. Also, searching within specific fields and custom lists could be a little easier. Currently, I feel like I have to narrow down my search results manually before targetting a particular person. Also, I do see that occasionally there are some connectivity issues. These are not very common, but they do happen sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps me get to the right person every time! In addition to that, their data is very accurate! I have realized a lot of time savings.
The best fuel around
What do you like best about the product?
Instant access to top contacts at almost every company. Name, job title, phone, email...all of the key information I need to be successful. Easily integrates into our CRM. No lag. No leaks. I also like the fact that the information is constantly being updated. I feel like I have an advantage over competition who might not be using Zoominfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
On rare occasions, phone and email addresses are out of date. This is usually because someone left their company. I am amazed at how up-to-date the data is. But I really do not have any complaints about Zoominfo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past, this kind of information would take hundreds of hours for me to compile. Now I can have the information I need in seconds.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you tried Zoominfo five years ago and were not impressed, try again today. The service has made tremendous strides. You really can't afford to NOT use it. If you want your salespeople to be successful, you must equip them with the best tools. Zoominfo is an A+ tool. I will use it in every sales situation for the duration of my career.

I'm able to prospect much more easily and do my job better and more quickly

What do you like best about the product?
Tried all the other competitors and none come close to the recency and amount of contact data Zoominfo has. Since they merged with DiscoverOrg it's been a vital tool for our sales teams. There are many other features available for keeping up with industry trends, news, company changes, and more.

It has gotten very expensive over the last few years. The Chrome extension hasn't worked properly in the last year at two different companies. It tells me my login info is incorrect but the same login works on the site and in our CRM. This has been a common issue for my colleagues as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When someone's email bounces or we don't have contact info, you can almost always find it in Zoominfo. This has made my job much easier and I am not sure what I would do without it. It helps me sound like I REALLY know what I'm talking about when discussing industry trends with an exec!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely consider that this may be expensive, but will lead to more revenue generated through proper contact info on leads/prospects!
