ZoomInfo - the best we have
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo / DiscoverORg is the current best available resource for sourcing contacts. It is easy to use the advanced search function to find a list of contacts!
What do you dislike about the product?
The Advanced Search function would be better, as well as the ability to update each company with ALL contacts and to remove STALE contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding individuals at my top companies. Overall it has been a great help to use ZoomInfo instead of having to start from nothing!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you are verifying if the contacts still exist. Use other sources of information too like LinkedIn and your own SFDC activity history.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Zoom!
I have used other compeitors of Zoom. A lot of the time the phone numbers were wrong and emails. They needed to update the information, etc. Zoom allows me to find clients name, email, information about about the new client I am calling each day. I love the scoops information that I can see daily about my clients companies. Zoom is fantastic and the Leader in providing the right information quickly.
I can create lists in my intent and the States I want to call in makes me more effictive and able to talk to Presidents, CEO's, Controllers, and more. Yes, it costs money to have this information, but its a small amount compared to all my happy clients I am gaining, which means more clients, more money for me and my family. yahoo for Zoom!

I love Zoom and I love the training offered to me to increase my skills in using Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its easy to find new potential clients. All I have to do is make calls and schedule zoom meetings with the top contacts at each company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend Zoom to anyone or organization if you want to find the right contacts with direct phone numbers including mobile phone and email to make contact. I have been involved is Sales and Marketing throughout my 28 years of my employment.
If I would of had Zoom back then, it would of made my job easier and I would of had more customers. Life is always changing and Zoom keeps you updated with all your customers and it is easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Up to date contact information (for the most part), direct and cell phone lines, LinkedIn integration with direct access to contacts page. Tech stack visibility into potential targets/clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outdated information at times. some prospects have left compaines many years ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Obtaining prospect contact information. Best source for all my needed outreach info in one place.

My favorite aspect of ZoomInfo is cutting down on my prospecting time. They give me the email and phone details that I need to make instant connections and close deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the mobile phone numbers were included in the professional package. I pay a lot of money not to have at least that feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am cutting down on my prospecting time by 80%. Benefit is less time on the phone with gatekeepers and people that are not the right contact.
An Ocean of leads, now to find the right ones

So many contacts and leads, its like an ocean.

The quality of the leads was not great, a high number of bounces.

Leadgen, more we get in the more we can convert.

What do you dislike about the product?
Why can't the system remember my login so I do not have to type it in every morning? Sure, security, however if it's the same IP address from my laptop then why can the system NOT remember my credentials.

Get to the correct person almost every time! Less time to find a contact.

Its simple to use and saved hours trying to find the right contacts within an organization.
I like the market information and the fact you can set alerts, this gives you a competitive advantage against the competition.

Some of the emails we wrong, so I'd like a more regular check from the Zoom Team, to make sure they are current and correct. More UK-specific market data would be much appreciated.
It can be tricky to tweak the searches.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to find specific contact info

Expedited prospecting time. More information to make connecting.
Zoominfo is a necessary partner that has been improving their offerings.
What do you like best about the product?
The integration and or chart are my favorites. Any tools that give my team back time and allow them to thoughtful organize their outreach are useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am frustrated with the limits to export 25 contacts at a time. Most teams in the org chart are over 100 people and I need to blueprint the entire team. Please reconsider moving this back to 100 at least. Please also consider finding ways to improve the intent and target department function.

Blueprinting orgs and finding people who are looking to solve specific problems relevant to my use case.

Most days there is a lag in the system. I have already cleared my cache and still takes a while to load info
