What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo integrates well with Salesforce.

Does not integrate with Linkedin Sales Navigator

Accurately finds the email and correct phone numbers of my prospects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
ZoomInfo has extensive mobile numbers as supposed to just having wirelines on each prospect.

Exceptional Product and Valuable in Many Ways

What do you like best about the product?
We subscribe to the elite plan. This gives us WebSights (tells us the companies who visit our website and do not fill out a form), as well as Intent data (companies searching for a product like ours). I have setup their Workflows product to export 5 contacts in the L&D department at each company identified by WebSights and Intent to port into our CRM, which then enrolls the contacts in an email sequence. This is the warmest of warm account-based marketing and is proving itself over and over.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the following;

#1) Increase the frequency I can send contacts to my CRM using workflows, I want to strike while the iron is hot. Since the data is from WebSights and Intent, I want to email them within minutes of them searching, not the next day. I think this will greatly increase my conversion rates.

#2) Send me metadata on the workflow name into my CRM so I can segment my email campaigns to speak to the specific reason I am contacting them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have almost maxed out our inbound marketing. I need to identify a target group on contacts to do outbound marketing to grow our company.

We spend about $2,500/month and have generated 15 demonstrations in the first month, which is worth $7,500 to us ($500/demo).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try the 24-hour trial.
Integrate Zoominfo with your CRM using Workflows.
Give your sales team the reach out extension.
Buy and use bulk data credits.

What do you like best about the product?
The easiness to find contacts and prospects at every level, great visibility also, a very good layout, easy in the search page where you can select account or contact just using key words
What do you dislike about the product?
So far so good, to be honest I didn't find anything I don't like. Please team ZoomInfo keep going, the tool is great and I find helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I need to find some contact details that my CRM doesn't contain, I can find over here so this is a great benefit solving this. Aldo great tool to find accounts and all related level positions from C-level below

Based on my experience, I strongly recommend this tools for the easiness to find prospects and contact details as well

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can usually find the contact information I am looking for. I also like that I get scoops (Business intelligence) that helps me target prospects at the right buying time. The added bonus of seeing an ORG chart helps me to target the right individuals at each company. I also like the ability to click a button and see the contacts LinkedIn profile.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that many of the phone numbers are inaccurate. I also wish they would build a connector for Hubspot so I could more easily import data to my CRM tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No real problems per se,. I have been able to easily find contact info almost anytime.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It really has become the must have tool for prospecting. Most complete, most accurate information.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about ZoomInfo are the integrations, especially the LinkedIn plug-in. It allows you to easily research without having to toggle back and forth between screens.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo has a bunch of great features and resources on how to best utilize the product, but sometimes this can be a bit overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick and easy access to important contacts and recent news at any given account enables me to be more efficient in my prospecting efforts.

Engage disappointment. Not ready for prime time

What do you like best about the product?
That is it fully integrated w/ Zoominfo and salesforce and I'm not moving prospect data from system to system.
What do you dislike about the product?
So. freaking. buggy. Literally, I'm utterly disappointed in how immature this product is. Considering what they have done w/ Zoominfo and all they have to do is copy any of the top 5 sales enablement tools, Engage is a huge miss. It's like we're the first users. Customer support team is very responsive, but there seems to be one engineer assigned to this product. Giving it 30 more days and then will be moving to Outreach unless things improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not moving data from one system to another. Benefits are unrealized as I'm so unproductive with all the bugs b/t Zoominfo and Engage. Their ReachOut extension is super slow and buggy.
