Zoom has been critical to me in 2020 in filling my funnel
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to search for job titles is critical to me in my customer searches.
saving searches is a great tool as well
exporting to Salesforce is simple

I have no reason to use the daily "feed"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the proper contact saves me time and gets me speaking to the correct person immediatley
Good Information can be used across the organization
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is good information that can be used across the organization and since it is integrated into salesforce, outreach.io, and other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
not perfect information, some information is outdated, but good enough to make significant progress on our analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are solving the problem of better understanding our customer and prospects and how they are organized, building a strategy around the organization, and how to bring more value to that organization by understanding each individual and how they organize themselves.
My Experience with Zoom Info has been wonderful so far since switching over from DiscoverOrg
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can integrate with Salesforce and add contacts seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to do mass upload of contacts like in DiscoverOrg. up to 1000 contacts at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
finding contacts at companies to prospect too all in one space. (Linkedin, personal email, phone numbers.)

The accuracy of the data, Scoops, and the ability to determine the technologies currently used by companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, with so much information available, it can become overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying the correct contacts that would be buying my products and services.

It really empowers your salesforce to focus on smart prospecting

What do you like best about the product?
That i can quickly find decision makers and with a click of a button download them into salesforce without me having to do it manually. I also like the alerts of accounts that are on the news for various pain points. I can reach out this way without being completly clueless.
What do you dislike about the product?
In a perfect world i would like it to have more international companies with contacts' information in full. When i try find companies outside of the US i hardly find any good numbers and emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Im solving the time amd efficiency in finding contact info from decision makers
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking to get info outside of the US i would research other options but if your main target market is the US this is a great option.

What do you like best about the product?
The navigation makes this tool easy to use and the information included is more than you can get anywhere else; including the technologies that the prospect is using and also contacts with cell phone numbers is something you cant find in any other tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really dont dislike anything since it is the most useful tool I have ever used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the right contacts in a specific area of the company plus contact information including all phone numbers. In addition validating which technologies they are using.

What do you like best about the product?
Cell phone numbers. With the majority of the workforce working from home for a months at a time due to the covid-19 pandemic having cell phone numbers was crucial to my success. Even without the pandemic, I work in construction tech and the majority of the project managers I speak with are not office dwellers anyways so being able to catch them while they're out and about and not just early morning/late afternoon was key. Lastly, ZoomInfo Intent was a gamechanger the last couple of months giving me great insight into which companies may have in interest in the generic field I'm selling into.
What do you dislike about the product?
I thought with ZoomInfo Intent that while it would be unreal to get the company and what they were looking up, I oftentimes would get a list of contacts who searched to be generic CEO, CFO, and one other person. I understand the limitations and it's a minuscule compliant that I had to reach for to find something I disliked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cell phone numbers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's super simple, play around it in for 10 minutes and you'll have it figured out.
Great tool for tracking down prospects
What do you like best about the product?
It takes seconds to find all ways to contact decision makers. No need to spend time trying to find correct information. All of the work is done for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes information is outdated or employees have switched companies/retired.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don’t spend unnecessary time having to guess emails and call multiple people for contact information. It’s all done for you and super user friendly.
As a Senior SDR, I can not imagine not having Zoom Info.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Mobile and Direct Numbers are provided and its great for prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its kind of tricky to use for prospecting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of not being able to reach certain contacts. Its a huge benefit to have direct and mobile numbers provided for when you can not reach your contact via the office phone or the receptionist.

It's a great tool. Again, I would be lost without after using it.
