What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo's features allow us to fully build out outbound campaigns. From size, industry, and technology insights to available contacts and intelligence, ZoomInfo allows us to zero in on top targets and efficiently prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo Discover does not have the same functionality as ZoomInfo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding information to build out our database like market segment, industry, and incumbent systems. Finding stakeholders and prospect contacts. Getting pivotal intelligence scoops and business insights.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the custom search sections. It is easy to look for what you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you cannot filter by number of properties a company posesses in certain areas. It seems this would be useful for many.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I prospect a lot and because of that I sell a lot.

Zoominfo is very user friendly. The ease of use makes searches more refined.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the tagging features are not company wide so others can see your tags.

I've found more reliable contact information.

What do you like best about the product?
It's by far the easiest way to prospect through Linkedin and have people's contact info available quickly by using the extension.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cell phone numbers are often wrong, org charts are inaccurate sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's my number one source for finding the contact info for prospects. I can't trust the existing data in my company's crm.

What do you like best about the product?
Julie was very detailed and focused. She offered plenty of useful documents and reference guides, and help schedule all of out on-boarding training sessions. The features that will be most beneficial to us will be the vast contacts in your database, as well as the intent function.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have not installed Zoominfo yet - still TBD
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
B2B campaign targeting and sales lead generation.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo provides the most up to date and accurate contact info I've seen. I've used the other databases and found the contact details to be inaccurate or very dated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't export lists with contact info to excel
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps me reach the right people with the right message. The information has helped me secure more meetings and close more deals.
