What do you like best about the product?
Gives me access to some contact information that was looking for them for a long time without any success
What do you dislike about the product?
Interface and filtration is kind of tricky as it adds all the filters together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes many doors open by getting the right contact info to use

Good enrichment

What do you like best about the product?
The account level enrichment is great although more complex to set up than I had expected. The caps for contact mapping are helpful to keep reps from over adding people that aren't relevant.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being able to see usage in Salesforce would be helpful. The org charts not being accessible unless you get the advanced version is annoying especially since that is a standard feature in Linkedin now and it would be nice to be able to compare them. Not being able to access cell phones as standard is unfortunate too given the state of the world today. It would be great if you could add your preferred industries for mapping verticals to SF. There are address errors some times when head offices override regional offices but they are in different countries
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding company regions, annual revenue and employee size for new prospects, getting emails for new contacts.

Search Feature is very helpful and love the new Chrome Extension
What do you dislike about the product?
Duplicate checking needs work. Too ridgid and would expect a better process from a company of this size

Finding new business contacts in new industries as well as enriching existing data

ZoomInfo is party of my everyday workflow

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is a tremendous resource for finding the contacts I need to connect with. Emails, phone numbers, org charts - it's all right there. The integration with Salesforce is especially useful. I'm able to bring in the contacts I need with just a click. I especially like the amount of detail provided on each individual company. I am in software sales, so being able to see which technologies a given company is leveraging is incredibly valuable to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't think of any negatives to using ZoomInfo. It's been really valuable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm taking on a new sales territory, and that means I'm starting with a clean slate. By tagging my accounts in ZoomInfo, I'm able to get intel on what's happening in those organizations. ZoomInfo makes it easy for me to find the key decision-makers I need to reach by including org charts. The "Scoops" are especially useful as they identify specific organizational pain points that my company and our products can help to solve. By reviewing the technologies my target companies are using, based on information in their ZoomInfo profile, I can prioritize my sales efforts and use my time more effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo allows my colleagues and I to quickly identify and communicate with decision makes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've yet to have any frustrations with the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo has allowed me to find current contact information for my prospects/targets. I'm able to contact decision makers directly and not hope they accept my invites like another platform.

Best Sales Prospecting Platform On the Market

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use to locate companies and contacts. The phone numbers, emails and especially cell phones are accurate and make prospecting time extremely efficient. The advanced search filter allows you to really lock in on a particular account, region, location, business type. If you cannot locate the contact or business you are looking for through the quick search field, you have a lot of options on the advanced search that really help out. the reachout chrome extension is also fantastic if you use LinkedIn for prospecting and locating new contacts. You simply pull up a contact in linkedin, then click the reachout chrome extension and it will sync with Zoom Info and provide you with the LinkedIn person's email, phone, cell phone, business phone, personal email. Bascially all the info you would need to call, email or text that individual with zero issues. Such an amazing platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
converting contacts and companies is challenging with Salesforce and needs more customization so everyone can convert easily. It would be much easier if you could used the advanced category on accounts, contact and tasks to format the business phone, cell phone and other phone to match the formatting of our salesforce requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to track down decision makers quickly vs spending hours trying to get the right contact and chase down numbers and guess at email formats. we use several types of project reports such as Industrial Reports and Industrial Info Resources to find these projects. The issue we have is the contact data is not accurate and you cannot reach out to these people with confidence. ZoomInfo makes this a breeze now.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Thank about the amount of time it takes to track down people and how much time and money is wasted searching for contacts name and numbers. this eliminates that and gives you and your sales people more time talking to clients and tracking down new business.

The access to training material and mobile numbers available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a great tool for recruiters. Contact information for candidates is usually not available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For sales I have access to mobile numbers and work email address for prospect clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Company search tools are very funtional.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's annoying that you have to export from company search just to have access to TA. Burn through all my credits when the contacts might not even be used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to identify a large number of target accounts in a short period of time is very helpful.

Have a plan in mind for how you will target clients to perform better filtering
