Our Experience with ZoomInfo has been Stellar
What do you like best about the product?
The efficiency in getting to important information quickly and the trust that we have with the information are two primary reasons that we like best.
What do you dislike about the product?
The general search bar (located at the top left of the screen) can be troublesome at times because the search does not always execute the first time but requires a second try. This is intermittent but happens often enough to be annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly identifying the best candidates to focus on for sales campaigns had been a big problem prior to our subscription with ZoomInfo. Since using ZoomInfo, we have identified several large opportunities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend the ZoomInfo Platform. Results matter and ZoomInfo has been very instrumental in achieving sales results.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to key in different key words to find about a company or an employee.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much of a big deal, but sometimes I click on the LinkedIn and Facebook links but those don't work well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work for an IT company who's products focuses on cyber security. And being an appointment setter, I need to be contacting cold leads from different organizations. Sometimes those leads do not have an email or an updated phone number. ZoomInfo is a great source for updated information and it makes my job a bit easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As an active user of ZoomInfo, I see this as a great source of information in verifying contact details of a cold lead. It's very updated and accurate.

What do you like best about the product?
Really helpful tool. The latest feature - Zoom Info Google extension helps to find and extract data directly from LinkedIn in a few simple steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Importing data features- can be a bit more AI specialized
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with prospects (Target Audience ) in a very little time.

Take up the subscription now. A really helpful tool to find the data in very little time.

The accuracy of the information provided through Zoom.

Tough to exclude the leads & companies already in database

New leads for sales.

its ease of use and ability to dive deeper into company metrics and data. its interface is also easy to use and very informative. The leads I have been reaching out to seem to be more accurate along with more organized and easier to come by.
What do you dislike about the product?
its most recent update at a time of year that was not appreciated. It was very confusing to work with a brand new interface at a very busy time of year and I do not know where most of my list and research went when this happened.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
searching for new clients and contacts to reach out to. I have realized that there is more information to look into when prospecting and searching for leads. overall my prospecting has become a lot easier and the leads I reach out to tend to be more accurate.

What do you like best about the product?
Don was knowledgeable not only from "how to" standpoint, but also from how the usage of the tool can be best positioned by salespeople when prospecting. It helped paint the picture of how ZoomInfo can help our business

There was some reporting functionality to be desired for ops level, but Don quickly volunteered to take our needs back to the development team to be evaluated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo provides validated contact information and helps us understand organizational changes in our prospects in a heavy turnover time due to COVID.

ability to set reporting for credit usage, ability to map scoops to account in salesforce
Great features, very useful for prospecting

I appreciate being able to see tons of different pieces of information for each company
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some small nuances in the search function that lack some functionality. There are ways to get around it, but if some of those nuances were built into the software natively it would be a lot better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to get accurate contact information for prospects. Filling in information that we may not have regarding location, size, etc. Also being able to refresh old information to find more updated info is very helpful

Easy to use. I especially like the extension I can use while in LinkedIn.

Sometimes the information is outdated or inaccurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am getting valuable contact information for people I am trying to reach. I am also able to use the search feature to prospect new accounts.

Love having access to ZoomInfo and all the insights it provides. A valuable tool for Sales!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish to have more accuracy in phone numbers. But most importantly I want even more accuract for Zoom intents. So often it is not true.

It allows you to reach out to your prospects by providing you with their up to date information.
