Accurate information in an easy to review format
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful information is the search tools to narrow down your results. There are suggestions for other companies within the same search information. Being able to save your search results so you don't have to redo them each time you may want to go back and review. The ease of integration with our CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few industries not available in the search criteria. We have very specific industries we can sell to and there were a few that aren't available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo has so much more information for contacts who may not be on LinkedIn or on their company business website. Being able to find the contact name, job title, phone #'s and other contact information and being able to save it and import it into our CRM. It saves so much time to be able to import into our CRM so the reps don't have to fill out all of the information manually. Also, being able to contact ZoomInfo when you have additional or updated contact information so they can update their database.

The leads have never actually resulted in a sale

There is not much to dislike about ZoomInfo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the main problems which ZoomInfo is solving is getting the contact info for the lead generation and with the new dialing option its getting much more easier.
ZoomInfo CoPilot has changed the game for us!
What do you like best about the product?
Our Sales team uses ZoomInfo daily as an essential, CRM-integrated source for accurate prospect data. The launch of ZoomInfo Copilot was a natural next step, and its implementation was seamless thanks to excellent customer service. We’re now seeing exciting new opportunities regularly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s not perfect - emerging brands aren’t always in the database which prompts us to turn to other tools like LinkedIn. But it remains extremely valuable and the first place we look for prospect information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The buyer intent and intent topics is solving a problem we didn't even know we had- when are companies researching things we offer. The ability to reach out right away and often to the exact contact that was researching is amazing.

The ability to look for additional contact information and recent events or products of interest.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if the window application could make simple suggestions for updating contact information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Technology knowledge and additional contact information. Some of my accounts have little market intelligence events. Some buyer intent is from 3 to 4 years old. Auto Dialer skips the extension so I have to manually type it. Some direct phone numbers are either outdated or have changed.

It is the easiest tool to locate accurate contact info.

Nothing to say here, nothing I dislike, its excellent.

It allows me to locate accurate contact info if the site doesnt want to give that info out.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about ZoomInfo is that it’s really easy to navigate, and it’s amazing how quickly we can get information. It provides details about the company and even identifies their buyers and management group — really useful!
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s not too much, but some numbers are out of date or have wrong information. It’s not that I encounter it a lot, but it does happen sometimes.

Lead Generation — This has gathered a lot of information for me and has helped me win more meetings than ever. The problem it has solved is getting the numbers I need and direct contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to get insights into companies, use intent signals to understand what people are looking for, and being able to get contact info for MOST people that work at virtually any organization in the United States
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I would say the one thing I don't like is the chrome extension. it crashes a lot and when you need to login a lot of times it just spins on the SSO screen forever and you have to uninstall it and reinstall it.

It helps me get in front of the right people

What do you like best about the product?
The Sales platform has great data and insights that you can use to target your clients in your niche, and allows you to use many AI features to keep you ahead of your competition. There are so many features, you can set workflows and automate so many things that it works in the background for you and notifies you when a target account researches one of your interests or any of the parameters that you set. The options are endless. They have the most accurate cell phone numbers of anything I have used thus far.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can say is dislike is that there are so many features, it is hard to find the time to learn how to use them all. This system is very easy to use, there are many bells and whistles, and I just need more time. Their training is on point and always available for pre-recorded or some live trainings. There are just not enough hours in the day.

Obtaining new leads on my target audience and when they are signaling that they are ready to buy.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy having such a powerful tool at my fingertips. I am able to gain real time insights and get answers to questions immediately. ZoomInfo is like a cheat code for sales. We are only just beginning to utilize ZoomInfo as we should, but it has already helped land a top five account for us! If I don't use this daily, I really should find time to do so. This is a great way to start the day and get the juices flowing for prospecting. We just signed a contract with SalesForce as well and plan to integrate ZoomInfo into SalesForce to make information transfers much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know what I don't know. Customer support is fantastic but I don't utilize it nearly enough. I want to learn more tips and tricks to more effectively use the platform. Not everything is easy to understand with regard to what everything is and how to use it. I just need to spend more time working with everything. Cost is on the high side, but I firmly believe we'll see ROI more quickly than expected. Some of the implementation was confusing for me but our IT manager made things easier by owning much of this process.

ZoomInfo helps to manage information on leads and prospects and has a seemingly limitless supply of targets and additional prospects. All leads are warm leads with ZI.
