ZoomInfo is great
What do you like best about the product?
Getting contact info of important leads to help grow business
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, leads do not have accurate information, or none at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to contact more leads than ever before.

ZoomInfo doesn't always have some of the prospects I'm looking for.

If you're actively targeting new business opportunities, ZoomInfo is highly likely to have reliable contact information for you.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo has been a great change from DiscoverOrg. As a user, there are far more contacts, better quality data, more cellphone numbers, etc. The platform has more features as well, with the ability to save different prospecting lists, tag your SFDC accounts, tag leads, integrate with outbound tools, etc. Far too many great features to dive into here. Overall highly recommend the switch to Zoominfo, reach out to their team and at the very least get a demo.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only feature I miss is the ability to search titles with complex Booleans. Right now the functionality is limited to just AND/OR/NOT. No parentheses are allowed, so you can't do something like (Manager OR Director) AND (Sales OR Marketing) as easily without the parentheses. I'm sure they'll add this in a future update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales is all about getting in front of the right people. Zoominfo solve the challenge of quickly identifying the right people and providing their contact info. Benefits realized include many meetings held that would have been tougher to get before having that data, which also led to closed won business.

The main purpose of the platform, which is contact intelligence, but second to that would be the scoops!
What do you dislike about the product?
Credit limitations, I would say, and the fact that it's a bit tricky to get scoops into your crm.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact data integrity, intent data-driven prospecting, understanding company background and organizational charts

I like the linkedin zoom feature where it finds the info when on their linkedin page
What do you dislike about the product?
Sign in does not have a "remember me" So I always have to log in but maybe this is user error
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
saving a lot of time not having to hunt for emails. Also discovering a lot of companies not on our internal list
Excellent Features, Usability, and Support!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of ZoomInfo isn't the data, although that is a close second, it's the ZoomInfo team and the relationship we have built! The Customer Success team is one of the best I have ever worked with! We got off to a pretty rocky start, that could have easily derailed us from moving forward with ZoomInfo. However, we were assigned a new team that came in, accepted responsibility, and quickly went to work repairing our relationship. Now, we are about to renew our contract by adding more licenses and more functionality to our already robust system. We have been able to enrich our data so effectively using ZoomInfo that our Sales teams actually use this tool! They see the value in it and are constantly using it to be prospect more effectively and efficiently. We are supported by a team that truly cares about our success. We often reach out to the team with questions or suggestions and we always get quick responses filled with valuable feedback and collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like I had mentioned above, the initial experience with ZoomInfo wasn't ideal. But, once the new team came in and instead of making excuses or trying to "sugarcoat" the situation, and immediately started working to get the project and relationship back on track, we knew we had made the right choice! There really isn't anything to dislike, but I would suggest that possibly try to find a way to improve their initial training. Theis sometimes left the team with more questions than answers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using ZoomInfo to enrich a significantly large database of Contacts and Accounts in Salesforce. One of the biggest benefits the team has noticed is the confidence in knowing that when they try reaching out to a contact they know the data is fresh and useful! No more wondering if that person is still with the company or if the email address is going to work or not. Having updated, reliable data has tremendously increased the success of our Sales teams!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how the database gives me access to mobile numbers. During COVID, having access to mobile numbers is key to reaching my best prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the platform has a wealth of knowledge, sometimes it runs quite slow so it takes a while to complete the task at hand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is connecting me to the prospects I need to get in touch with.

Finding lots of out of date information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too expensive compared to other similar systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we do not utiltize distribution channels or independent rep agencies, we need to be able to make direct contact with potential buyers. ZoomInfo is providing data and contact info to make that a reality.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Based on my use thus far, I believe it is a tool that would be advantageous to B2B companies looking to increase their market size and penetration.
On boarding with Zoom was seamless!
What do you like best about the product?
We upgraded to the ZoomInfo platform had a quick transition from Discover.org platform and the entire ZoomInfo team stepped in to ensure our Global sales team were trained. The CSM team set up multiple training sessions in global time zones over a week timeframe. Our sales and SDR teams are excited about the enhanced functionality on the ZoomInfo platform and we are seeing great early adoption.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. The quick transition was due to our internal timelines. We need a bit more time to work in the new platform to see what challenges might be but if the onboarding experience is any indication, it should be a great experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to fully utilize the intent data functionality- our entire sales org is using the alerts and scoops. The robustness of these features are game changers.

Multiple uses: The tool is very useful for different requirements; lead generation, opportunity identification.
What do you dislike about the product?
Details about certain companies with lower revenues need to be kept updated; as well as the limited amount of information with regards to most private companies.
