Excellent Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo's database is incredible. The insight to the the companies is very detailed and accurate. I am fairly new to ZoomInfo however I am definitely excited to have access to such a wonderful tool. My customer service experience
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not run into anything that I dislike. I had one issue logging in and customer service fixed that quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have had issues in the past getting to the right purchasing decision makers. ZoomInfo has filled that void in our sales efforts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend ZoomInfo simply for the ease of use and the accuracy of the data. Additionally, their customer service is friendly and timely. The tutorials on the website are also very informative. After getting my account set up, I was up and searching immediately.
Valuable Tool for Partner Pipeline Development & Support
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to obtain company summary information, contacts, intelligence, and now intent information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to export intent information aligned with lists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can be prescriptive with my partner account mapping and leverage intelligence to support account strategy discussions. I can also support demand generation efforts with the contact information at my disposal. Lastly, I can leverage intent to provide tactical insights for potential opportunities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
ZoomInfo has become an indispensable tool for my role as a Senior Partner Account Executive. I leverage it for account mapping and account intelligence purposes that support my efforts in building pipeline through my partner base. I highly recommend the tool for any organization looking to get prescriptive account based intelligence to support their partner sales efforts.
An Excellent tool to find new prospects.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to search based on Geographic location and then specific to industry. I also enjoy the ability to search company's branch locations for each company and the list that I can then call down to ID potential DMs. I enjoy the ability to search via job title and to find a targeted prospects. I appreciate all the phone number contacts and work history of a potential client.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of work history doesn't provide me any great insight to the decision makers.
Also, there is not a search function that allows me to search for the Point of Contact based on a "contains x criteria" Some of the contacts only contains partial e-mails like gsmith.... in the e-mail instead of showing the domain name.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to correct diagnose the proper people to reach out and close business in the transportation industry. I'm able to add and market transportation services to other key stake holders and influence'rs in the buying process through the contact found in the contact search function.
I'm also able to secure new business for specific transportation flow needs that we need for Schneider. I'm also able to secure new business leads for 2 different vertical of business offered through Schneider National Carriers.

What do you like best about the product?
It gives you access into contact info including mobile numbers which is very important during COVID since people are working from home.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still learning how to use it. A second screen pops up when I am trying to do a search which is inconvenient. but again I am not trained yet so there might be a way to go around it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am still a new user but It made prospecting much easier and a bit more fun. You can dig into each companies employees and filter your results to get to your contacts of interest. Definitely a time saver
Zoominfo gets results
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the SalesForce plugin are extremely helpful with on the fly researching of prospects. We us the mobile phone feature which is so needed in the work from home era. The amount of information contained in the records is abundant as well. The new purchase of EverString this week will only add to their strengths.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is the search functionality is a bit cumbersome and the names need to be entered exactly as it does not find names that are "close".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting updated staff lists as well as mobile numbers solves the guessing game and has allowed for much more pinpointed prospecting and marketing efforts.
Seriously the easiest integration and easiest platform to use with Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, finding contacts and accounts and a simple click. the integration with SFDC is quite simple and the fact that you walk your users through it is AMAZING.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike about this, it is a very good tool to use.

our AE's are able to find more accounts within their territory and the correct contact to reach out to

you want this, don't choose the easy button when trying to find a tool that assists your sales team in finding good leads and content to prospect.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo has the most up to date contact information of any lead generation tool in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very expensive - prohibitively so for many small businesses.

Zoominfo lets us rapidly find accurate contact info for prospects.
Integrates great with Salesforce!
What do you like best about the product?
Gave us info that helped make sales, really integrated seamlessly with salesforce. We had ZoomInfo as one of a few different info services that gave us data on potential and current customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I couldn't tell how much of the info was from a ZI database, but many of our cold calls were to outdated numbers. That could have been because of poor database management on our part, though.

Getting better Business to Business growth and gaining more customers because of it.

Sometimes the info is dated, but you can submit your feedback to ZoomInfo and they'll correct it
