Beneficial for Prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
The scoops with industry/company specific news! I also like that the technologies used and the contact score reports are available to use. My other favorite feature is seeing the direct reports in the Org Chart section.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the smaller companies don't have any or valid contacts. I also don't like when they have listed 2 or 3 different ERGs, or CRMs because that the validity of the technolgoies listed is uncertain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So many of our old contacts were invalid and we often didn't know what technologies companies were using. Zoominfo helps to solve the industry/company research that is so beneficial to prospecting!

What do you like best about the product?
This tool is very versatile from just looking up contacts to having detailed scoop information on a company or person. I am thoroughly impressed by the features. You can get so much information just by visiting a website. The level of detail on the contacts in the program is amazing as well. It has made contacting potential clients so much easier especially with a lack of companies being on site. It isn't just Zoominfo you have access to, but also a host of products including Chrome add-ins and Engage which is an email marketing tool designed to cut down the sales cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Training and set up is a little clunky. The customer service and IT team do a lot to help out though. So even though the process can seem a bit slow, they work through it with you in real-time. My questions have been answered amazingly fast. There are a lot of resources online as well that can help with issues. Overall, our seasoned sales staff is getting up and running well with this tool and that speaks to the ease of use for the product. Once we have gotten past some of the setup issues, they have been using the tool a lot to find those decision-makers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is helping our sales team connect with the right people at the right companies. It goes beyond just finding a company to giving you the decision-maker to speak with. During this interesting season in business, finding new clients can be challenging. With less and less information shared on company websites for contacting a real person, a tool like this that gives you all the contact mediums (phone, email, direct dial, cell phone) is priceless. This is a great tool to be used by salespeople that might need some help finding those clients who are not presently working from an office.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try and see what a difference it might make for your organization. The free trials are well worth the time to see what information is available as well as being constantly updated.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a very easy product to use and one can find that it is very easy to find the information we might need. Anyone with no demo can also use the product, which is a great attribute in the product. Especially, after reviewing multiple products in the market, users will notice that it is a great source of information for the sales team. People should also consider using Scoops part in the product which is a great feature if you are looking for specific market intelligence in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
While using the product one may find that the data is either sometimes pretty old or even the data is wrong. This especially happens when we are looking at the software products the company uses. The revenue and other data is also sometimes incorrect which creates confusion sometimes. The company needs to work on better intelligence when it comes to revenue and Information Technology products the company uses. As wrong data leads to not insight.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo is helping us solve a bunch of issues like helping us with finding C+ level people in companies, finding their revenues, IT spend, Software spend and everything related to that. We then check market intelligence via their Scoops feature. Which is a great help to help us research for our meetings.

Most Efficient Prospecting Tool
What do you like best about the product?
This platform is super easy to use, is quick & efficient and has all of the information that I'm looking for as a seller. I truly believe that it's the best tool for prospecting and is a crucial addition to any sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that I dislike about the tool right now.

We're able to prospect quickly and more efficiently with the tool.

when everyhting went remote, getting access to cell phone numbers was much needed, zoom info has delivered in so many ways, allowing me to penetrate accounts that I was previously never able to get in touch with.
What do you dislike about the product?
some of the feed set up for importing exporting excel files to create lists isn't the most intuitive, this could also be an issue by our homegrown salesforce setup, so not sure if its entirely on them

getting cell phone numbers, and accurate emails, as well as finding new prospects within an account

We are using for Marketing and sales out reach. We still in the proepecting phase so no end results related to closed sales yet.

Finding contacts mobile phone numbers. It is especially helpful to have these numbers during covid because desk phones don't get picked up as often.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inaccuracy of the phone numbers. Sometimes I will call a phone and it is a home phone or a spouses phone. Not a great conversation!

the ability to find contact info - search for company size, create and import lists of specific companies based on specific parameters.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you set up the integration correctly for mobile numbers because if they don't map you'll have to manually copy and past

The ease of access to critical contact information for leads I am going after as a Business Development Manager
What do you dislike about the product?
ReachOut could be improved as it runs slow. Also it takes time to figure out how to best utilize the site in a fast and efficient manner

I am now able to find my clients cell phone numbers and get in touch with ease since the pandemic has everyone working remote.

I dont have any issues with Zoominfo. Its pretty easy to manage.

Fantastic Resource
What do you like best about the product?
The absolute and complete data that I have access to via ZoomInfo. Usually it is difficult to find who people are at organizations and not only do I have access to org charts I have access to contact information in one place. This is tremendous.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only suggestion is that I am new to the program and it is still confusing to navigate. That maybe isn't so much a dislike as it is simply lack of experience. But if navigation was easier would be helpful.

Who are the players at organizations and their contact information are the key things that ZoomInfo has given me.
