One stop shop for company prospecting information
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom info streamlines the prospecting process, by providing insight into the company leadership, detailing job title and email, as well as office and often time cell phone numbers. As soon as I've located my target prospect, it allows me to send that information directly into my personal CRM software. I can't even imagine the months of work this service has saved me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there are two versions of ZoomInfo, each having it's own unique inormation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to locate prospect contact information, and import it into my personal CRM, allowing me to maximize my time prospecting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the website URL when searching companies.

What do you like best about the product?
as a newbie in the BDR world it gave me a great platform and direction to start. Also the possibilities on this platform are endless, you can always restructure a search, see who is being added (which is a lot, this platform is always being updated) and restructure your cadences accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more trainings and maybe a blog for people to share what's worked for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
People to connect with - that solves it all and they're solid leads.
Livelihood Saver
What do you like best about the product?
They have 1) amazing customer support and 2) extremely accurate and comprehensive data. We are in commercial real estate so have been significantly impacted by COVID. ZoomInfo has enabled us to find 90% of the email addresses, direct phone numbers and cell phone numbers for the c-suites we target. This has enabled us to more easily reach new customers during this difficult time and has resulted in maintaining our livelihoods. If not for this, our appointment setting would be WAY DOWN, but instead, we have maintained what we had pre-shutdown.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think about is how expensive it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can now find info on almost any executive and any company. We can also generate more targeted prospect lists and update/enhance the lists that we already have.
Easy to export leads
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to access and can export leads globally and it has the best quality of leads
What do you dislike about the product?
Mostly on the western countries there are no leads
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to export more leads easily and more opportunities in every call

my advise to others who wants to use ZoomInfo is it is great and you don't need to exert much effort because it is very accessible.

We like learning more about our prospects and current clientele.
What do you dislike about the product?
We used the Legacy Platform and it was hard for our computers to relearn that we were using a new platform so we had some technical difficulties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to contact more leads. Lead turn into clients. Clients make us money!
Get back your wasted time
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and consistency and user friendly interface when switching to different filters. Utilizing the scoops and exporting them are really simple. ZoomInfo also has a huge database of companies and contacts which helps in contact discovery and growth in the contact database. Being in a sales role, I have used many tools similar to ZoomInfo, but none are as accurate and detailed as ZoomInfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the AI feature for related contacts. It seems to not be consistent or pulling correct people within the account to target per scoops. Ranking also is a little off with the AI. If that feature was fixed to better give insight to who in the account would be pulling this data would be more helpful. Not a big fan of the credit model that you can use up your allotment of credits pretty easily if you are a startup company trying to fill your database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wasting a lot of time to see if accounts I had were in Salesforce and upload correct contacts. The ability to select and filter roles and export them into the database saves multiple hours on manual work. It gives the ability for sales representatives to run campaigns and lead/contact hunt on their own. With scoops it also gives direction on where to start inside of an account with good information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go through a detailed demo when evaluating the tool and compare it to current tool, processes and employee time when doing outbound prospecting. From there look at ease of implementation and exporting data based upon if this is being used in an inbound or outbound role.
Useful Lead Gen Solution at a high cost
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simple user face, I can easily filter a new search and pull up the list of contacts that work best for me. I can then easily click on all the contacts I would like to export and click export. A process that used to take up to an hour now takes less than 5 minutes. Integrations are very useful and the Intent topics are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
With it being a database the emails and contact information are very hit or miss. High bounce rate and creates a lot of cleanup work for the team. It is also VERY expensive. Hard to justify the cost when other solutions are doing the same for much less.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just that some smaller companies that sometimes come up that I need to research aren't in the system. Benefits is time efficiency, accuracy, and ability to quadruple our prospecting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There is no better platform to use. It has the accuracy you need, it is constantly being upgraded and improved upon. It not only supports and has B2B data but goes even farther. The feature that sold us on buying ZoomInfo is the intent feature. The intent feature allows you to search different topics and see what companies have been researching that topic. This is a game changer - being in Sales the number one goal is to reach prospects that are the most likely to find use in your product and therefore are more likely to buy your product. With the Intent tool if you are a baker you can search for companies searching "bakeries" online and only target those companies. I'm a fairly new user but I am very excited at the potential of this and all of ZoomInfo's features.
Wow, just Wow.
What do you like best about the product?
I was blown away by the breadth of the platform in its ability to pull accurate information, the integrations with LinkedIn lead lists to SalesForce, and the general ability to filter raw data to find meaningful prospects in my scope. In my personal opinion, it is way better than the old DiscoverOrg and the extension has helped cut down the time it takes to create thousands of lead lists in my patch. More importantly, the intent data helps guide where I should be looking into first so I can triage my faster time to value contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
All of my downsides were alleviated after chatting with Wade on the ZoomInfo team. He was a tremendous resource that took my 3-4 concerns and showed me new features / another way to accomplish the goal. .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been solving issues like data bloat in SalesForce by more easily sifting through quality contacts in my patch. Additionally, I'm getting better & more frequent intent insights than I've seen from other services to date. Not only have I been able to create accurate lead lists more quickly, but refine searches and organize by keyword in a way that is intuitive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get in touch with your support team. Wade was extremely helpful to the point where he opened up a new chapter in my ZoomInfo experience .. and I already thought I had it good. Couldn't be more impressed with ZoomInfo's support.
ZoomInfo's training session was incredibly helpful in learning how to navigate the platform.

The #1 tool for account information
What do you like best about the product?
Data fidelity. Zoom Info is second to none as it relates to getting the most accurate, up to date contact information for your prospect/customer accounts
What do you dislike about the product?
I transitioned over from DiscoverOrg, and I feel that searching at bulk could be much more seamless. Pulling and curating large sets of contact information across different accounts/personas/industries seemed more seamless in DiscoverOrg
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data accuracy issues across different prospect accounts. I've realized that Zoom Info is much more up to date, and a massive increase in mobile numbers...super helpful in todays WFH situation

get acclimated to the platform.
I'd suggest anyone new to the platform also consider what integrations zoominfo offers and be sure that you are successfully implemented within those integrations
