Great tool for SDRs

What do you like best about the product?
It provides useful data and speeds up research on prospects and companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could use the copy shortcut for numbers and emails without having to expand the toolbar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting through to prospects I previously couldn't.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a useful tool for SDRs I would recommend.

ZoomInfo is legit

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to get direct insight that you can't find through a google search. With everyone using email due to the pandemic, ZoomInfo provides you the leg up of correct emails, phone numbers, and insight that allows you to have conversations with your prospects when your service is right size for them and as a sales person nothing is more valuable than that.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes numbers can be wrong however when you reach out to the support team, they quickly update and change it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the problem of wasted prospecting time not getting to the person who buys, working pass the gate keeper and having meaningful conversations with people who make buying decisions. What I realized is how valuable my time is and how I can slice my prospecting time by 60% when I know who the correct person is, there contact and what challenges their organization is having now, so I can tailor my conversation to exactly that.

Sometimes the org charts are lacking but everything else is perfectly fine

Filtering Quality Data to Reach Decision Makers

What do you like best about the product?
Other than the obvious of getting contact information of people I want to speak with and do business with, the support team whether I need to call Dani Bushmaker or Olivia Nicholas is amazing! I am still trying to navigate and figure some things out but their university and videos are also very helpful and when I need to email a question to a support team member they are very prompt in responding.
What do you dislike about the product?
They do not automatically remove credits from your account of emails that bounce back when I have my accuracy level set the highest. There are two separate platforms so toggling back between Zoominfo and Zoom Engage is annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been very successful in connecting with decision-makers using the various filters offered. It is nice to drill down and have it tailored to my needs-based project by project.

What do you like best about the product?
This is the most comprehensive resouce vehicle you can use when looking for the best key contacts within a company. When trying to connect with the best person within the company you are gettingthe all the key contact informationm you could ask for>
What do you dislike about the product?
The double clicking to get the information to pop up! I do not have any real issue that I can complain about. I somtime have to retype the company name I am researching multiple times. Thats time consuming when I should have to only 1x
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem I am solving is the much needed information on my prospects in my research. The benefits I realize is in the relationships I am building that have ledt or will lead to future business opportunities!

Extremely useful 90% of the time, very helpful information necessary for my job

Not everyone is in it - I'm not sure how often the database gets updated or cleaned

What do you like best about the product?
Through this platform, our team has managed to improve marketing operations, drawing on the potential cloud-based tools offered by this software, especially for database administration, assigning tasks to our staff, and optimization of workflow processes. It provides an accurate, 360-degree view of leads and various opportunities. We collect consumer data including names, jobs, emails, and phone numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
We started using Salesforce as a ZoomInfo plugin, since it allowed its integration, however, we opted for other strategies since we cannot easily synchronize the data between these, therefore, noting that the synchronization does not take place in the background, we designate this task to a working staff, always thinking about our productivity and making use of all the functionalities that this software offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We generate potential clients by accessing their data without the need to process it, allowing us to capture and evaluate them through a proactive digital relationship. Your veracity in the information you provide is key for our sales department to prospect and have a good relationship with buyers. We increased our contact database by a large percentage, we discovered new companies and individual consumers, segmenting them in different ways to enrich our database.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a powerful opportunity for companies of any size to be able to access thousands of contacts, even to reach people all over the world, who without the functionalities offered by this software would not be so easy to achieve. It is an advantage with which you can easily expand the business, being more likely to attract key potential customers. Its interface is easy to adapt and navigate, it has its open API, allowing it to be integrated into your business preference CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the growing platform of data associated with each person and account record. The insights are great and the contact information saves me tons of time from trying to find in other places.

I find that I am very well informed, using one source like ZI as I develop competitive differentiators and account plans.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like all databases, I would with for better data quality, but I am not really complaining this is the best database I have used.

I have to always log in to see the chrome pluggin. Not sure if thats an issue on my end or ZI's plugin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Need to contact key people and business to sell to.

I need a source of intelligence on prospect propensity to buy, and I can see trends in topics that interest the account and leads.

I also can see what the existing tech stack at the customer is likely to be.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This tool was widely recognized by my peers in my current role and my last role as the best source of data on contacts/accounts. Its not perfect, but you should see an overall increase in data quality with ZI.

What do you like best about the product?
My position is about finding new business, and with this tool I am able to research prospects, look at competitors, and find the correct email addresses for who I need to reach out to is. This is a good lead mining platform which is essential for my job.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I do dislike as that not all of the information is not correct. I do not mind vetting, that is apart of my position.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using this tool to prospect and reach out to appropriate contacts. A big chunk of my position is new business development, and this platform benefits that part of my job.
