The go to place for information on white space accounts
What do you like best about the product?
Finds contact details of people I'd never find elsewhere.

What do you dislike about the product?
Needs more filters on the search function (i.e. UK Companies only)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with hard-to-reach people in key accounts and expanding network and influencers on a sales opportunity.
Excellent tool with valuable analytics
What do you like best about the product?
The analytics, especially Intent Topics, and the continued release of enhancements that help making the tool more user friendly. The customer success team is also amazing and very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain features such as reporting on WebSights are not as user friendly. The data is not always as accurate or up to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to the analytics, we are able to have better sales and marketing alignment to support growth and ROI.

We like the experience so far. Nothing to add.

Speeding up sales and marketing. Time savings.

What do you like best about the product?
I can sort and parse every business I'm looking for into one list. I've been using this for 3+ years now, and it worked OK. Now, the list and sort features are so much better I can create multiple campaigns and save my results for later.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I only wish you had all these features years ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Leads and qualified contacts. Either I have a name, and no info as to if a lead is worth calling, or I have a great company and no one to call. Now, I have the FULL company info and multiple qualified decision makers to call.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need to find, hard-to-find decision makers for nearly every company in the US, this is the only reliable tool to use.
Zoominfo is a Must-Have for Any Sales Person !
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to find all the information related to the decision maker. Information is overly very accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a little more industry drill-down to be a little more ganular.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My sales productivity has gone from low to extremely high ! My numbers have started to climb significantly since I've started to use Zoominfo.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We've investigated several other tools, no other has even come close to Zoominfo. The accuracy of the data is extremely important to boost your sales productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
The convenience of zoom info is amazing. It’s perfect for quick calls with friends, Quick staff meeting, or even hard conversations that need to be had in the workplace that Covid has made difficult

I do sometimes just like the fact that you will have to pay for additional longer session or that it does require everyone to have the zoom app downloaded

Haven’t received any problems with zoom info. The benefits that I realize that you can stay connected with your team with friends and family
Who are you looking for? ZoomInfo will find them.
What do you like best about the product?
Their contact and company search features allow you to narrow down your searches for EAXACTLY what you are looking for, all while maintaining a large number of potential contacts. There's no other database as large and as encompassing.
What do you dislike about the product?
When in the contact search feature, you can drill down into each contact. When doing that, the information is a bit overwhelming or confusing. There's just sooooo much info that it can be overwhelming sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed more potential partners/clients to reach out to and ZoomInfo solved that. We have been able to expand our business nationally without leaving a computer chair.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it. Start with the free trail for a month or so and you'll quickly realize how vast and useful their database is.

ZoomInfo's Intent has been helpful. I am able to capture trends in my industry related to my aimed prospects.

I have nothing to say regarding things I dislike. The tool has been much of a help for me.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to integrate data pulled from across the web with data that is readily available in LinkedIn Sales Navigator to compile highly targeted prospecting lists. The scoopes functionalities also seem to be very useful to target companies that might identify with a pain point that we can offer a solution for - such as a hiring need. I also appreciate the certification courses offered.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to mass import lead lists that are conducted within Sales Navigator via the ReachOut Chrome Extension - instead of importing on a page by page basis. I believe if I had this capability, it would save me a ton of time when compiling lead lists. For example, if I were to conduct a filtered search in Sales Navigator for technical recruiters in California, and the list populated 3k contacts, the ability to fill in the missing contact information gaps of all the leads returned within the search in one import, would be much more efficient than the current process in some ways.
Also, the ability to name mass lead lists as they are imported via the ReachOut Chrome Extension, and the ability to export any tags within lead list to our Hubspot CRM, is something I believe would greatly improve the ability to personalize at scale.

The quality and quantity of accurate contact data is unmatched.
What do you dislike about the product?
In an effort to provide as much content as possible, it can sometimes be overwhelming to know where to start when pulling out valuable information. Luckily, ZoomInfo has great training resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accurate phone and email contacts are key! Armed with that, we've had greater connect rates than most.

A no brainer. A must-have.
