Must Have Sales Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Great tool to find contact info for the companies you're most interested in connecting with. Identify leaders, contact information and gather company information. The Chrome extension is so handy for when you're on company websites and want to see who the key players to reach out to are.
What do you dislike about the product?
NOTHING! It is truly a great tool for any sales person needing to reach out to organizations that are not currently connected with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using ZoomInfo we can update our contacts in our CRM, we can call directly to the leaders that would benefit from our tools and services and we can email key contacts.

get the Chrome extension to maximize your use of the tool!
Top notch contact data
What do you like best about the product?
Able to filter search for a return of phone numbers, emails and names.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have to pay extra for emails and data downloading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access to a large number of contacts and companies in the appropriate verticals.

Excellent tool for direct numbers, people in specific roles and businesses in certain areas

What do you like best about the product?
ZI is the Rolls Royce of the data intelligence industry, not only is the performance better than advertised, the accuracy and data quality is superior
What do you dislike about the product?
There are really no downsides, the only thing I would change is to remove the data restrictions on the number of monthly downloads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of finding quality contact information with actionable intell on current project information shortens the sales cycle.

Ability to filter and use multiple ways to find contact, companies, and much more.

There is nothing that you will dislike about this.

Able to find searches easily and updated consistently.
ZoomInfo is a Powersource
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo provides reliable data that I can give to my sales teams for better prospecting. It is easy to use and makes me look like the superhero when I can give the sales teams new contacts in a company they have not been able to make progress in.
What do you dislike about the product?
I work for a global company and I would like more information on accounts and contacts outside of North America.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are utilizing the ZoomInfo Webhook to improve our leads when they come in with incomplete information. This is really helping with lead routing and providing more details for our sales teams.

What do you like best about the product?
He was very concise supporting me with the process to get the results needed. He also proactively offered to send me helpful information, using his direct email and advised me that I can give him a call if I run into any additional issues that would require his expertise. He also had an upbeat attitude which helped with the flow of the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, he was terrific and solved my issue. Of course the system could be more intuitive in a few areas but overall it works for me. It would be helpful to get proactive emails from our account manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating list - benefit up taking data entry task off my plate. We were able to created this list by uploading companies with CSV and I was able to filter from there. This allowed me to have a full list of contacts that I could use for biz dev purposes. I heard about Zoominfo, this is my first time usings the system and I was very impressed. Is very user friendly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My best recommendation would be consider the time you sales team may have to research target information, it's more intuitive to use Zoominfo. It saves tremendous time and keeps your team very productive on the things they do well - Selling.
Amazing tool for professionals
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo allows me the opportunity to access 1000's of contacts'; enabling me the chance to reach out to individuals worldwide I would have normally not been able to speak with. I use ZoomInfo on an almost daily basis, and my team uses it regularly as well. This is an invaluable tool which I believe completely gives myself and our organization an edge that I don't know what we would do without. I do not foresee us ever getting rid of this platform in exchange for anything else. The vast amount of information contained here has opened up so many doors for our group. I recommend ZoomInfo to anyone looking to expand their network, and overall KPI's.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is little that I like about ZoomInfo. I have had nothing but positive results from my experiences. I would like the time-out rate that you are automatically logged out to be extended, as well as; I would like the industries section to break down the categories in a little bit more detail. I do wish there was an email address associated with every contact as wwell. It is very frustrating to find a person in the database, then find out they have no email address associated with their name.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am finding that I am able to expand my network exponentially with ZoomInfo, and I have benefited tremendously from this platform because I have been able to break down barriers I once faced by not being able to facilitate acquiring key individuals contact information.
Great tool
What do you like best about the product?
From an admin perspective, the support I receive for my team is top knotch. Although I am not a super-user by any means, the system is intutive enough for anyone to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be daunting to go through the entire site and its capabilities right from the get go.

Contact information for our teams. Taking our lists and identifying the right person to connect with.
Information you need with speed
What do you like best about the product?
I am so grateful for the time that Zoominfo saves me in searching for numbers, emails, addresses. It is thorough information that gives me a better understanding of not only the companies that I am researching, but also the people.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when there is some information missing, but I always have some concrete contact points
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to spend more time making the connections, then searching for the information. I am able to know more about the contacts and their role in the companies before making contact.

This program will absolutely save you time and create more time for more contact!!
ZoomInfo... its the good stuff
What do you like best about the product?
The navigation of the platform is very intuitive and the Chrome extension is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its being nitpicky but the business emails have seen a fairly high bounce rate... not huge, but never the less, its been an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that is being solved is being able to identify the technologies a company is using and the persona there to contact. Benefits are still being defined, but I am confident they will be there.
