High volume of personal phone numbers
What do you like best about the product?
The personal numbers that they had that I was not able to obtain anywhere else
What do you dislike about the product?
There were often employees who were no longer at the organization. I also wish there was a more basic integration with Salesforce - you had to pay extra for there to be, so I had to do more manually data entry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems of engaging with high-value prospects. It is often difficult to get direct phone numbers or cell phone numbers, which more likely lead to a meeting vs getting on the phone with a gatekeeper. It saves a lot of time since all of the data is in one database, and you don't have to go searching for phone numbers or have to guess on email addresses.

1 click prospecting, list uploads, alert setup, market intelligence, easy salesforce uploads

APIs can be a bit tricky to get down correctly.

Intent, tracks Co searching for product

Nothing, easy to use, fresh data, names.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through Intent sales people contact companies searching on websites for services our company offers. Sales people meetings and closing ratios increased by 30% and more. We are able to have specific targeted message email campaigns to specific individuals and departments. Sales people are focused, and have a market to work daily.
Excellent Source of Information
What do you like best about the product?
I love the amount of information you can gather from ZoomInfo right at your fingertips. When I was a Sales Manager at a hotel looking for guaranteed leads, this program was incredible to find leads and create appointments with them. I loved that I didn't have to do much searching for someone's information because it listed everything I needed right there in front of me. That is something that is incredibly helpful for a Sales Manager looking for unique leads in the area.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only thing I really dislike is that sometimes there is only an email or a phone number listed or maybe there is neither. That makes it hard to find more information about a specific lead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Info has provided me several ways to generate more leads for my company. The amount of information right in front of me is incredible. I have been able to connect with many professionals in the Pittsburgh area very easily with this system. I would highly recommend this program to anyone who is looking to generate leads easily and efficiently.

- Easy to learn & navigate (Zoominfo has a set of easy-to-watch video tutorials to get you started with their platform + onboarding 1-on-1 calls);
- Simple & intuitive UI;
- Diverse filter options to craft your target lists;
- Great database on US-based companies;
- Open API meaning its relatively easy to integrate Zoominfo to a custom data environment or to a CRM platform like Salesforce;
- Great out of the box field mapping options for Salesforce integration.

- Some of the companies (mostly small-to- mid size) need to be updated with new leads, financial info and contact info;
- Their database on EU-based companies (small-to- mid size) needs to be improved.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Option to lead generate by crafting "cold" target lists or "warm/hot" target lists that are based on Scoops info;
- Easy to connect to a CRM system which reduces the time that your sales/marketing people waste on creating new records;
- Preforming quick researches on target companies or using the platform to identify them.

Find Contacts quickly!
What do you like best about the product?
ZOOM Info allows me to search a contact quickly. I am able to identify if there still work at an organization as well as title and accurate contact info.
What do you dislike about the product?
It will not save my log in info and that is frustrating and time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My job is prospecting and ZoomInfo allows me to work quickly and efficiently at adding new contacts to Sales Force.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
None at this time. I really enjoy how it works.
One of the Most Valuable Tools in All of Business
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Customer service is superb. A plethora of contacts and companies in NA. Also the intent marketing piece and scoops have helped provide an excellent complete sales/marketing tool. Using the platform to clean up lists also has been a great example.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slightly expensive and a lot of the bells and whistles costs extra. So it is important to understand what features are truly valuable to your business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Filling our sales teams with all of the information they need at their fingertips. This product works best when integrated with SFDC And/Or a Sales/Marketing automation tool.
Great product for data
What do you like best about the product?
the shear amount of data available is staggering.emails, mobile, direct lines, etc. user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
no EU data but understandable given GDPR compliance issues. has a monthly limit to # of records that can be gained from it,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
maintaining a clean CRM, a crm fit for sales reps. reps are only as good as they data they are given (all details aside) and this really puts them in the best position to win.
Zoom is the best time saver out there for prospecting & lead generation.
What do you like best about the product?
The direct dial phone number, email addresses and company hierarchy are the most valuable in my line of work. The "Scoops" are also important, but the direct dial phone number and email addresses are MONEY!
What do you dislike about the product?
The direct dial phone numbers are not always accurate. Occasionally accounts will get mixed up with other similarly named businesses in completely different LOB's, but you can't know everything about every company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business development and prospecting is made so much easier with Zoominfo. I have do 10X more outreach in less time than if I had to research everything myself. It allows me to cast a wider and deeper net as a result.

It's a great investment. It will do the work of any 3 researchers and save you time in prospecting.

ZoomInfo is a really easily tool to use via simple and well designed filters.
The fact datas are checked and ranked makes the tool the best on the market since when approaching a prospect you are sure about who you are talking to (if ranking higher than A) .
Export into Excel makes it easy to play under MS and any other tool.
Possible integration with CRM to Enrich DataBase / Update existing contact makes it seamless and allows time spend on Data updates to be (probably) drastically reduced.

Not many bad point at the moment. Excellent customer onboarding and regular assistance makes everything go smoothly in addition to all it already proposes.
Maybe cost per seats is a bit high for SMEs to invest.

We are using ZI to Generate accurate leads , we have centralize the prospection stage of our sales process by providing ZI actionnable datas direct to our Fields sales teams in charge of Business development related sales activities.
We are sure about what we record in our CRM and with ZI we can generate massive lists of potential target broke down by many criteria available on the Filtering part.
We are now sure on how are Sales team is engaging and we can control how they approach the market.
