High volume searches, a few hurdles
What do you like best about the product?
Easily customizable search parameters, easy exports to other platforms, and a reliable data quality (for the most part).
What do you dislike about the product?
Data quality can sometimes dip during larger searches. In an individual company's profile, it's a pretty much a gamble as to whether or not their data is fresh or years out of date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mass prospecting for sales campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
So easy to compile lead lists & export into Salesforce. Chrome plug-ins turn LinkedIn into a one click download to salesforce as well. So many ways to slice & dice data. Data is predominantly accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can only download 25 leads at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick access to decision makers. Translates into qualified leads & sales.

Accurate, Powerful, and Complete Prospecting Data - Unmatched by Competition
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is an intuitive, easy to use prospecting database full of all the missing information that common lists lack. Mobile numbers, direct dials, business and supplementary email addresses, and even information like direct office locations. The level of granularity and accuracy on ZoomInfo is unmatched by their competition. ZoomInfo is to data providers as SalesForce is to CRMs, the best of the best.
ZoomInfo's ListMatch functionality is also extremely powerful for creating account-based marketing campaigns and filling in missing data in my prospecting database. Their Intent and Scoops data for buyer intent and market research is fast, accurate, and extremely helpful for gaining a quick understanding of my prospect's business priorities.
One of my favorite features is their organizational charts - they somehow figure out who reports to who, making finding additional stakeholders and engaging a prospect's sphere of influence a lot faster and simpler.
Also - their super easy integration with the leading CRMs makes ZoomInfo the number one choice for most companies.

What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo is expensive, and even though I think it is well worth the price, it is cost-prohibitive to a lot of startups and small businesses. I will give them props for segmenting their product well, allowing those with smaller budgets to still get some of the benefits I talked about. While you'll be missing a few of the top features like intent data and scoops, you'll still get access to their prospecting database and super easy integrations with CRMs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo to find accurate business emails, direct dials, and other company information like revenue (even for private companies - very helpful) to help me prioritize my prospecting efforts. Additionally, ZoomInfo's ListMatch functionality enables me to create custom, account-based marketing campaigns with more data, faster, than I would have been able to do otherwise.

ZoomInfo is expensive, but to startups that are just getting off the ground, it enables you to catapult your Business Development team into success. Whether you're still using Excel as a CRM or if you've joined the modern world with HubSpot or SalesForce, ZoomInfo will deliver high ROI and bring your company that much closer to profitability and success.
ZoomInfo for a Contract Manufacturer
What do you like best about the product?
The quality and amount of leads generated with very little time invested. It is very easy to search a potential customer and within seconds have the exact person you are looking to speak with. When sending out emails it is a very rare occasion that an email address is incorrect and the email bounces back, when doing this research on my own I was having this problem daily. When you have the right persons contact information the success rate in your email marketing grows significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all companies have info on them and for some contacts the names are there but the emails are not which can be unfortunate when looking to send out email campaigns. When exporting leads to salesforce you want to make sure you are exporting leads that have contact information attached to them so you are not just adding a name with no way to reach out to this lead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now able to send out dozens of contacts a day to leads that we know are quality without having to do the extensive research to find email addresses and contact information on websites and digging through LinkedIn. This has allowed us to spend less time searching for leads and more time actually calling on leads and creating relationships with potential customers.

Take the time to link the ZoomInfo platform to salesforce so you are able to manage the amount of leads that you export in a organized way.
High quality data, integrations have room for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has very high match rates for key pieces of data (phone number, job title) and when ZoomInfo does get a match, the data they provide is high quality. I haven't seen instances of ZoomInfo data being inaccurate. Also, being able to re-enrich the same records multiple times at no additional cost is super useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Marketo integration isn't all that great. We expected to be able to enrich a high volume of Marketo leads using a webhook, but we overburdened it during our first test. To my knowledge, you cannot send multiple webhook requests at once as ZoomInfo won't queue them—you have to handle queueing on your own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're trying to improve our sales reps' ability to get in touch with key customers, while simultaneously reducing the amount of information we request from our customers to improve their experience.

Have a well-developed point of view on your systems requirements.

easy to sort and find contacts in the areas you are needing to find info.

exporting to salesforce can be a little tedious, but that may be more of a salesforce problem.

What do you like best about the product?
Good UI, easy to use, accurate person data

Missing some features that would make it easier to match contacts to accounts or filter search results more specifically

Easy access to emails and phone numbers, easy to transfer small amounts over to salesforce. Gives sales reps the ability to locate their own contacts to prospect.

Infor Review for ZoomInfo
What do you like best about the product?
I love everything about this application. It has intents that are helpful in creating a starting point to contacts. It has all contact information which is amazing. I also use LinkedIn in conjunction with zoominfo so I love the reach out function and the link to linkedin profile on the zoominfo contact profile. The org level is also very helpful and insightful. I don't have a single complaint about the app!
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to give some feedback for improvement, it would be on the accuracy of the intents. It would be nice to get a little more context on how these intents are collected, which source or website are these being triggered by, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am prospecting on a daily basis for leads and target accounts. Zoominfo is the go-to tool for company info as well as contact info. I'm able to solve who is the best contact to reach out to based on persona, which company and industry I'm going to target. I also like how it gives current technology in place. Being in software, it is a really good intel to know which solutions are currently in place to help us come to our conversations with more insight and knowledge.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The best tool for sales prospecting. Now that I have it, I'm not sure what I would do without it! Consider using this tool if you are in sales, business development, SDR, etc. It has the capabilities of multiple tools in one location. Use this tool once and you won't be able to go back!
Nearly Perfect!
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo enables me to narrow and pinpoint a specific and accurate target, whether its a company or a contact. It is amazing to have so much useful information at your fingertips. I've never been more enabled to have success with my job.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to COVID-19, several contacts are out of date (maybe 10/100 are no longer with the company). But this is expected for the current time.

Automate Your Prospecting Process
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo Powered by DiscoverOrg is my ultimate source for my prospecting . What I love the most is that after applying filter for your target result, you do mass export to the CR, of my organization and easily manage the task! Couldn't imagine my daily work without such awesome tool! Also, being able to capture their mobile number sometimes is really great since it will help me reach the lead faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
If Zoominfo will make more update for the database, it would really be great! Sometimes, I find the information in the database outdated compared to LinkedIn profile of the leads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the challenges that I used to encounter is running out of quality leads, with the mass export capability of this product, it will never be a problem anymore! Also, sometime, they will not respond to your email nor to your office call, having their mobile number sometime is really a great way to increase the possibility of being able to reach the lead at no time. This product is really a game changer to increase your activities for prospecting while saving the time.
