Good for phonebooks. There's no question, there's data.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that most of the people that you need to contact show up on the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost/conversion rate/high pressure sales pitches/tools that are good, but not amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a tough question. At first I thought we needed a phonebook with access to everyone. We didn't. We needed to continue working with our customers. So access to new people yes, but use, no.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy access to contact information for prospects, as well as scoops and news into what's going on with their business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. Sometimes the titles are outdated, but people get promoted all the time so that can be hard to keep up with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More leads, more efficient with my prospecting time
Amazing Tool for Prospecting!
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using ZoomInfo for many reasons. I am able to get actuate data for prospecting, able to build list based on locations, employee size, industries, location. I am able to integrate data into my CRM which takes out the extra manual work. They offer certifications through the platform as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have complaints about the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the correct personas within a company to prospect, getting their email and direct number is always helpful. This tool is helping us maintain a clean and organized database.

Understand what you are looking to accomplish with the tool and go from there.
Great Prospecting tool
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is well organized on zoom and very much up to date with its contact within a company.
What do you dislike about the product?
When trying to connect to my CRM unfortunately mobile numbers do not manually sync and have to be imported manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying organized with leads and contact and discovering the correct people quickly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tool to start prospecting on any company or individual. The sync is easy with a quick set up and select contact to export if you are using a CRM

The org charts are particularly helpful, especially where they are broken down by function and include contact info

Some of the organizational info seems outdated and hard it isn't clear how to update

This is an effective and efficient way to navigate org charts and get contact info

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is insanely easy to navigate. I rarely have to "train" new employees on it, they can just pick it up and start making an impact.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't love the credits system, but it's insanely useful to have access to all scopes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to target prospects much easier, as we're usually looking for a very technical contact. The ease of loading into SalesForce is also excellent.
Great Tool for Prospecting and Finding Accurate Data!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way you can segment your searches very specifically. Title, name, company, industry, etc... Also you get good info on numbers of employees, locations, phone numbers, emails... It is a very valuable tool for any sales person! The sheer amount of data included is significant. I find that overall it is more accurate than it's competitors, and I will always find it to be the best option out there!
What do you dislike about the product?
Expense is not minimal. When I first used it years ago they had a free product, and I was able to make good use of that. Now it seems they've dropped the free product. Which is unfortunate. I do find that there is often a percentage of data in the system that is out of date. People have left the company, changed job titles, etc.... But I believe those issues will be present most places.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One problem in our industry is finding the decision makers, finding influencers, and finding accurate information to reach those people. Zoom is very good at getting data that is accurate and complete. Other services often give cell phone numbers and home numbers that people do not want to have business calls, cold calls, on. I rarely have that issue with Zoom's data.

It's a great tool, just be sure to learn as much about it as possible!

ZoomInfo helps me gain information about employees and other company's and has been a critical part in my success as a marketer.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it connects to Salesforce and has an integration with Linkedin. The connection with Salesforce is instrumental because it saves 1-2 minutes looking for more information on leads. While this takes awhile to load, it is still better than jumping, copying, and pasting between pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
The part I dislike most about this tool is the org chart functionality. Discover Org had much better org charting views and could lead to valuable insights for prospecting. The fact that its org charts are limited to department makes it a little more difficult to use the org charting feature to generate leads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Org chart structure, role verification, and accurate phone numbers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My biggest recommendation will be to work on the org charting structure and ease of use. First, the org charting structure is not easily accessible for the entire org. To understand a specific reporting structure, you must search for the specific contact and view the org chart from the contact page. Similarly, this leads to frustrations when learning to navigate the product. I would love to see a large collapsable org chart starting from the C-Suite all the way down to the bottom. This would quickly allow me to identify contacts past searching for roles.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to export prospects into excel and Outreach. I like the organizational charts to see who is in charge of who. It is easy and simple to search organizations within a certain field, location, or employee title. I also appreciate the Scoops you can subscribe to about certain companies in specific locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't believe that the information about companies (hospitals in particular) are very accurate. I struggle with bounced emails and incorrect data about companies. This includes, types of applications and technology they use, their budget/IT budget and what they use their money on. In my job, we usually have to rely on other databases to give us more accurate financial and technology information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving problems such as finding emails within a certain company to reach out to. We find emails for our prospects as well as can export them to our database. In addition, we are able to see the organizational chart to know who reports to who.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Update data more frequently. Especially the data about companies (finance and technology). Improve the tab about technology so it is more straight forward and trust worthy.
