Extremely Robust Tool

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly! Doesn't take a genius to navigate
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't have specific info that I need sometimes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding key players is always a challenge! Not with ZoomInfo! It shows me everything and can contact the person immediately

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to navigate. I can pull reports searching for certain types of prospects. And I can find additional prospects within an already identified account.
What do you dislike about the product?
The information is generally current but not always - there is a lag sometimes which is to be expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to identify individuals to target and their contact information. Also trying to identify companies to target in various geographic regions or verticals.

DiscoverOrg data - not so great in Canada

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the tool/platform/technology and amount of data filters available; integration capabilities with MAP/CRM were great options to consider when needing to augment/update your existing data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Service teams knowledge of technical integration questions was lacking - numerous times they were disagreeing with each-other on how it works. Our Account Manager got quite "defensive" when it came to renewal time and we expressed our concerns with the DiscoverOrg data - specific to Canada as well as the significant challenges we had trying to work with their tech team to get the integration completed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking to augment our MAP and CRM systems with new data as well as update the systems with "fresh" info from an industry recognized source.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to create a contact from the database straight into CRM in an intelligent way
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes data for the companies is outdated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Research and account development. Great feature of having hierarchy in accounts.
Great way to see who reports to who and which contacts have direct numbers

Zoom Info is the real deal

What do you like best about the product?
Search tool have been invaluable and combined with ability to easily synch with our CRM has almost made prospecting a joy to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe just a little broader number contacts/roles. For example, I needed to pull a list together of Project Managers and felt that the database was a little think.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pulling contacts and other valuable data easily into our CRM is a problem solved which has in turn saved time and increased me sales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do the training it is great.

Helps with Lead and Intent Data

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has added benefit to our Business Development team in finding new leads for our existing prospect companies as well as understanding other accounts that we should target through the Intent functionality that ZoomInfo provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Enrich functionality has had challenges in updating our existing contacts and accounts with accurate data. When we implemented the platform, we didn't get the proper guidance from the ZoomInfo team on how to best set up this aspect of the application with our CRM. That said, the ZoomInfo team is working with us now to remedy these issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are getting more/better data on prospect accounts which is helping us with return rates within our outreach efforts.

information and contact scores are quite accurate. Easy to navigate and understand company org
What do you dislike about the product?
Could take some time to get used to and familiarize.

looking for contact info is the most helpful. Understanding company org and recent news is also a plus

Getting Zoominfo has been the best investment

What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can search for specific job titles or industries.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it includes names with emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've gotten more sales leads in such a short amount of time. I've been able to hit my quotas with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
The availability of and quality of the information for each company and contact.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some smaller organizations and municipalities are missing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary problem I solve using Zoominfo is making sure I have the correct contact/decision maker and then adding other contacts across disciplines to contact and speak with. The primary benefit is that my contact list for a company that I'm targeting is robust and real.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try. The data is invaluable.
