Pretty Good
What do you like best about the product?
Most data is up to date and relevant. Direct lines and location are rarer but still there for many industries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as up to date as promised. L3 and HARRIS merged long ago and all those contacts are still on old emails that don't work. Just one example that should have been resolved automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access to contacts outside our database at target customers we already do business with or have relevant information for.
Great Call Data
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo has the best call data we've found. Their enhance features are also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have a lot of options so picking the right package can be tough to do.

Stay away from ZoomInfo - Shady contract clauses
What do you like best about the product?
Their contact database is decent (not great). The org chart functionality works well. They have the possibility to import a list of target accounts and search for contacts (even though it quite standard today).
What do you dislike about the product?
They tried to extort our renewal by saying that we didn't give them enough notice of cancellation. Their contract term clearly stated that the agreement is valid for 12 months. Then, buried on page 3, they added a clause that requires a 60-day cancellation notice, or the contract will auto-renew at a higher price. We never heard from anyone at ZoomInfo for 11 months. Then they reached out to us to try to upsell us to their new platform. When we told them that we weren't interested in renewing the contract (with 30-day notice), they came back to us stating that the contract already auto-renewed and we are responsible to pay that invoice. Needless to say, we won't pay a dime. I would understand if ZoomInfo uses auto-renewal clauses to simplify their procurement process. But when a customer wants to leave, and it gives you a 30-day notice, you should try to enforce it. In California these clauses are no longer enforceable, unless they are clearly stated in bold and the vendor send reminders and notices ahead of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Searching for B2B contacts. Their database is OK but other competitors are doing better (Apollo, Clearbit) and they are not as shady. We are using ZoomInfo to build targeted list for our clients and to enrich data.

Subscription is costly. One credential should be used by only one person

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is the most advanced tool that is helping us in targeting the right customer so that we can boost our sales along with managing the client relations. Through this tool we are capable of tracking business to business agents, which is ultimately helping us to take better decisions and offers us advanced research so that we can connect with the right buyer for the product. I would say it is the tool that keeps much importance in our organization because of providing great services.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the gaps which we have felt is that not all the data about the targeted companies is available only well renowned company’s information is available. This creates a gap in finding the maximum agencies for the product selling; in short there is a gap in targeting the local market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is simple and amazing tool, which has impact our sales policy, because we receive automatic alerts about new company and all the necessary detail about the main head so that we can easily connect with them, thus we increase the potential customers and never miss any chance to empty our sales pipeline. We are inspired by its quality services and its customer’s support, which have been with us in the time of need.

This is very excellent tool if you are a business to business type company and it will help you to launch your product even if you are capable of reaching the few clients it will add much value to your business.
Outdated data & terrible service
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is comprehensive. They will have a pov even if it might be correct or updated.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support was a mess. Phone hold times are atrocious and everyone is passing the buck to the next team. Its impossible to get a definitive answer to any problem
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Was looking to enrich lead info with email addresses; while trying to find relevant ppl.

Understand the value well & know its hard to cancel.
Good UI, Nice Tool, Data Could Use Some Cleanup
What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely easy to build filtered lists and get really particular with the types of contacts you're pulling over. The integration with Hubspot also works extremely well for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say if someone's changed jobs within the past 8 or 9 months, the data in ZoomInfo is spotty. It makes sense, and it's understandable, but it's frustrating to deal with when you filter by A+ rated data and are still pulling over contacts who are no longer in the companies you're targeting or no longer in the position for which they've been listed. There is a ton of data cleanup being done on our end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using ZoomInfo to increase the depth of my contact lists in Hubspot for targeted sales outreach. There's not a whole lot more to it from an SDR standpoint. It performs well enough for what I need it for. The Org Chart tool is really nice for organizations like mine who are targeting specific roles within a department -- what's even cooler about it is the ability to open up a contact's profile preview and sift through desirable contacts by cross-checking the info with their LinkedIn profiles. It's saved me a ton of time that would have been spent scraping profiles in LinkedIn for emails and phone numbers, figuring out email address formats for various companies, and sending emails without confidence the email targeted actually exists.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use when adding contacts to a prospecting list and being able to search through each company using the org chart. Our BDRs are the ones that use it the most and BDRs are usually new to sales so it is good to have software that is user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though there are more accurate contacts than inaccurate, there are plenty of contacts that are no longer employed at a company or have incorrect titles and department information. This leads to wasted time and even awkward and embarrassing moments when calling those numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is the best way for our company to gather contacts and their direct numbers. It saves a lot of time not having to search for contacts on our own. it also saves time from having to go through a switchboard or reception every time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to use the filters and I suggest filtering your results so that they have a high accuracy score. Doing this will weed out most of the people that have left the company and/or have inaccurate data.
