Very useful; some optimizations still need to be implemented
What do you like best about the product?
I can often find people who are not on LinkedIn on ZoomInfo, the database is vast and helpful. Even if I can't find the right person, I'm able to find the email cadence and guess.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding multiple contacts that are in an account named something *slightly* different (i.e. Acme Inc vs. Acme) in SalesForce requires searching for the account and connecting the contact to the account for every single contact individually, you can't group it. You can only export 25 contacts or accounts to SalesForce at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to add so many people at a time it has been absolutely vital to expanding a large ammount of accounts and contacts at a time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need want to add accounts or contacts quickly and easily, ZoomInfo is for you.
Wouldnt be able to prospect new contacts without it
What do you like best about the product?
Volume of data is great, ZI is usually pretty accurate too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the position/title data is often inaccurate or not there. While this can be supplemented by is discover org as well, having them all together on one screen would be nice. Also if there was some way they could all connect to linkedin in some way that would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting accurate emails, more direct dials, and mailing addresses is awesome. Being able to distinguish between corporate Head Quarters vs. local mailing address is critical since we do many direct mail campaigns.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use in tangent with other software like DiscoverOrg for most effectiveness. This will provide more context to the data ZI provides. In addition, make sure everything is integrated properly to prevent data silos. By do this you get the data to where in needs to live.

What do you like best about the product?
Getting cell phone numbers, seeing imessage is huge
What do you dislike about the product?
The API with Salesforce, the linkedin button next to the name takes to all of that name, so if it were John Smith, it would not be very helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding leads. Benefits are finding a ton of contacts

Use Zoom, it has everyone you need

Zoominfo has most people's contact info, and makes it easy to port over to prospecting tools like Outreach
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Zoominfo doesn't have people's contact info. Or sometimes it doesn't show up in the ReachOut Chrome extention, but if you manually enter it into the Zoominfo web app, then the contact info does show up
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It increases my prospecting effectiveness significantly and allows me to focus on revenue-generating activities (e.g. outreach) vs. spending time finding contact information
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's worth the purchase because it allows your reps to focus less time on finding contact information and more time prospecting

I like how there is the ability to search by company name, industry, or contact to find the best prospects

A little bit difficult to navigate. Multiple windows need to be open.

Finding direct phone numbers and emails for Prospects. Discovering new employees.

Best feature is the ease of adding contacts to salesforce

dislike outdated data, a lot of companies have multiple contacts for the same title which should be easy t o filter out
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly enriching my database , allowing myself to cast a large net over an entire company by marketing to multiple contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
Using zoominfo has put me as a salesrep on a new level. It has helped me create a strategy on how I can get into different accounts with the detailed breakdown of how organizations are set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't love is that they don't have a portal that you can give them feedback when a contact is no longer at a company.

Great tool.
Zoominfo has been incredibly helpful in prospecting.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to export untouched contacts into my accounts. It helps to get people on the phone that haven't been called 10 thousand times. Also it has been great in figuring out titles and roles and getting mobile numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some time to import/export but it isn't too much of a headache.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have very many accounts with 1-2 prospects so it is great in finding new prospects and adding them into Salesforce. That and getting mobile numbers has been huge.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is extremely helpful and necessary for background research + data assembly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Incorrect data on some contact-level items like email / title. The bad data slows down prospecting or makes you look stupid when sending target messaging to the wrong person, or the right person with the wrong title, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assembling a scalable prospect database used to be extremely manual but the sync to SFDC solved that issue.

More complete data will be extremely helpful across the board.
