Great information database
What do you like best about the product?
Always accelerating! Great information database to implement with salesforce to update and complete our client list.
What do you dislike about the product?
Up to date info - You have to change filters and make sure you are only searching for the last 6 months. If you don't, then your data is dated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Less data entry to do for Salesforce, more accuracy, happier sales people!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it to improve other programs you might be already using.
Zoominfo is too good when it comes to finding the contact details of C-level executives
What do you like best about the product?
You think of a person and you will find the email and phone number in Zoominfo. You can see their previous companies, experience, domain etc. Easy to use with Salesforce. Simple user interface and more powerful when used with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Details of small time firms are not there.All industries are not covered. Old inaccurate data is still there and not deleted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being in sales whenver you see someone on linkedin you want to approach and their contact details are not there you can get it here. I can network with more people.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Best database for business contacts. Use it and get access to top shots of the industry to grow your business and network. You can do your email campaigns easily.
A remarkable tool for getting outdated leads
What do you like best about the product?
A very nice and modern interface. The program is easy to use and the resources available to learn are extensive. The ability to clone saved searches and work off of the clones to create a new search is very helpful once it comes to long and complicated searches that you work off of on a regular basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you are limited by the number of contacts you can view from a specific search. also, many of the contacts are outdated. from an email we recently sent out to some 30,000 contacts, 7% hard bounced. that's insane. There are some ways that I would like to segment contacts that isn't available through the system. Even though DiscoverOrg now OWNS ZoomInfo, I still think ZoomInfo has better options for how to segment list. If the two could just merge into one platform with all different benefits of each other added in and all the unimportant stuff taken out that would be awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are prospecting leads fro our Sales team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
DiscoverOrg is an excellent tool but needs help as far as the quality of information that is stored. Zoominfo, which is now owned by DiscoverOrg, has far better info. The interface of Zoominfo isn't as appealing as DiscoverOrg, but the info and segmentation is much more helpful. Overall, I think you would be better to pass on DiscoverOrg and use ZoomInfo with Bulk Exporting, not because DiscoverOrg is terrible, but ZoomInfo has better info available.

It’s best used for finding emails and contact information when you can’t find elsewhere.

Sometimes the information is incorrect such as when there are multiple email formats for a single company.

Increasing my connects and getting in touch with the correct contacts to schedule and bring new business for the company.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is helping me in my role with my company. it helps me finding my client info and their contact number in specific industry where we are targeting our business. Since last few years Zoominfo helped me a lot with many of my clients new phone numbers and updated email ids.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no features which i dislike about zoominfo but sometimes the direct numbers mentioned under the contact information is not updated or not right and sometimes the old company numbers are mentioned under the contact details. Few of the customers already left the company which is not updated regularly. I would recommend a update/wrong information tab where any user can click and send a notification to zoominfo team so they can cross check the data through other social media sources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo is helping me for my role in the company, I got what I need about the Contact information including my clients emails and their phone numbers along with company direct numbers, I can easily search for company information for specific domains which I am focusing for my business.
I got more business by using this tool which benefits my key responsibilities of my role in the team. We have successfully generated specific leads of the market which we target. Also I got a lot of information about the company and their C level executives who all are in the team and the right party whom should I contact. We have grown our business in past few years by using zoominfo in our organization.

I would highly suggest zoominfo to others who are handling clients from different locations outside states or from different countries.
My clients are really happy while connecting with me everyday on real time basis. they are sure that they are doing business with a real person.

The accuracy and depth of the data is unmatched

I would like to have the Outlook plug in add more details of the Zoominfo contact into HubSpot.

I like how versatile zoominfo is in finding prospect information. It is easy to find emails and phone numbers, and get that information into salesforce

There is nothing that is not helpful with zoominfo. I will say that its connection to linkedIn isn't great

Combination of Zoom and DiscoverOrg is the best of both worlds
What do you like best about the product?
Get both detailed sales contact information from the legacy ZoomInfo, and great triggers and overall account information from the legacy DiscoverOrg. The products have been combined in an easy-to-use UI that flows well and can be grasped quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to add or change at this time. Maybe the ability to send mass leads to CRM could be made easier.

Speed time to reach new prospects and leads significantly, while keeping track of them within CRM.
Best Tool in the Market for Prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg gives me detailed contact information of most of the prospects. It also provides the reporting structure of the prospects. The interface is very intuitive and easily navigable. Moreover, the scoops provided are very authentic and act as a great conversation starter. And lastly, the technological landscape of companies help me a lot while planning for any cold calling/email campaign.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are instances when I found the email or desk number of the prospect is incorrect or the entire data of the prospect dated. However, I have to mention that they swiftly resolve the issue when I report through the fix it request.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DiscoverOrg solves a lot of problems we were facing in the past with respect to prospecting. It saves so much time and allows me to focus more on the core of my job. We no longer spend enormous amount of time on doing research and then copying data from the internet. Quick access to the direct line and email id of prospects connect me with my prospects without doing any heavy lifting research.

It removes a lot of manual work for people in a BDR position.

It's quite pricy, which might be a hurdle for very small companies.
