Very Efficient and Effective Tool for B2B
What do you like best about the product?
The U/I is very intuitive and i can easily search for contacts for an organization. Being able to search by name of contact, name of Business, or URL is very helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the FI With Identical names get placed in the same account and so the information becomes much less reliable. For example, I found a CIO for Commercial Bank in MI, when I called that individual they were with Commercial Bank in MS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Updated contacts.much more efficient than mining for data myself.
ZoomInfo is great for sales professionals
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has aided me in finding the correct person at companies to reach out to in order to better complete my job and save me time.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a company as big as mine, it can be hard when people use the same diplicates as you and people get annoyed that they are being contacted multiple times. I would like if they could automatically stop people from exporting duplicates into CRM systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not had any serious problems with ZoomInfo thus far. The benefits are tremendous in comparison though. I am able to find the correct email, phone, and address of practically any company that I can then reach out to. It makes my job much easier.
Great Product and Excellent Accuracy
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom offers a great variety of data for individual person searches as well as companies. It is very easy to navigate and select filters to narrow down search results. The support staff is always very helpful and timely on their responses as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the cost of the program, I feel that it is a little expensive, however the quality and quantity of data provided do make up for the cost. Some of the company names are hard to pinpoint on the Zoom platform, so it does take a few different tries to find the exact company I am looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has cut down a lot of time lead searching and data gathering for companies. I really enjoy saving time on exporting to excel because Zoom has an easy to use export function.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For others looking to use Zoominfo, I would recommend doing the research on the product and making the most out of the trial run in order to really see if it will be a good fit for a company.
Finding potential clients
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo allows your business to identify Potential Clients in a rapid way while giving you access to their contact info which in many cases is very hard to find.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often times the contact infor is not updated

Finding my potential clients and enabling my sales team to start a conversation with them
Direct Lines increase Contact Rate
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Info is incredibly helpful as you're mining contacts to call. I use LinkedIn heavily to find the right people to reach out to and then use Zoom Info in tandem to find the right email address and their direct line. Folks who I have a direct line for pick up almost 3x than the folks for whom I have to call the operator first.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if they updated their info more frequently. A good strategy to reach people is to look for individuals who have recently changed roles. In this case, zoom info may note have any info. Also, you may find some who looks to be a great fit that hasn't worked at the org in 5 years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact Rate goes up when I have a direct line.
Reliable prospecting tool
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to scope a search down to exactly who you want to engage with
What do you dislike about the product?
UI, it takes a little time to get really efficient using the tool.

Zoom helps connect you to the right people via email or phone call. It is a must have to really add variety to a multi-pronged outbound prospecting approach.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I get all the data of a Lead and his company at one place makes it really helpful and reduces my work load. Key information such as business size and revenue are key information which helps in understanding the target customer and approaching with a more relevant pitch.

sometimes have to go into the website to see the data i want and the plug in doesn't work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gathering intelligence and insights on prospects and using for my calls has helped a lot.

The ability to quickly create a targeted account list.

Sometimes the information is outdated in the contacts section; ie they move to another company.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is very reliable when it comes to finding information on certain business people for lead and demand generation processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the application is slow when I'm finding different information about a certain lead.

Finding information on various leads/contacts. Most of the time, the information available from ZoomInfo are reliable.
